Furniture in the room and bathroom fixtures were worn for the price. Not in a boutique chic. Burn marks on the desk were unexpected for over $300 per night. Staff were very nice and helped get us extra bedding.
One hour after checkout I realized I forgot my massage gun on the bed. I called and they said it should be there because the room hasn’t been cleaned yet. They told me file a claim through ileftmystuff.com which I did. Next day I called and talked to front desk to see what was going on. I heard on the back the manager saying she didn’t know anything about it. The receptionist told me she will check the website and call me back which they never did.
Some lady was able to open my hotel room door on the last day at approx 10:40am and checkout wasn’t until 11. I was getting dressed and some drunk woman opened my door and I had to yell at her to stop it. Front desk said “Well we didn’t issue her a key to your room so we don’t know how it could happen.” They said they’d comp the parking for my troubles but didn’t even end up doing that! Room wasn’t in great shape looked like a cum stain on one of the curtains. Wouldn’t recommend staying here at all for the price try the kimpton down the road.
The property was modern and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
Common areas lacked attention. The bathroom next to the pool and fitness center was badly neglected with no toilet paper and trash on the floor. There were no towels available in the pool either day, needed to bring our own towels down from our room or request from the front desk. The morning buffet charged $16 per person for what should have been $8 given the poor quality of food and lack of options. The location was on the very outskirts of downtown next to the highway and this, along with the issues listed here made the $330 per night price tag feel over priced.
The rooms were clean and comfortable.
We had to pay for water. I expect to have 1-2 complementary bottles of water in the room. I went downstairs to the lobby to ask water and I was directed to the little market area and paid for the waters.

Perfect location, clean, bright and comfortable.
The bar was closed at 9:45. Kind of a bummer.
The property was in a perfect place downtown Milwaukee! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful!

Nice place. A little overpriced due to summer fest. But all hotels that weekend were.
The front desk lady worked with us to get early check in which was amazing. The rooms were super nice and the layout was great. Very very clean.
Parking was $28 instead of included. Bar closed at 10pm and breakfast buffet wasn’t included.

No daily room cleaning.
Easy check-in. Room was large with wood/laminated floors. Delicious omelette for breakfast (from menu, not buffet).
Over priced for what I experienced- bar closed 15 minute before scheduled closing, just as we arrived after brewers game. And breakfast was not included.
