It is hard to find one positive thing about this stay
DIRTY and hairy sheets, unkept bathroom with empty/no toiletries, thin walls which makes you hear everything that is going on, rude and disrespectful staff who gave attitude/did not want to address or help with our problems, took this trip on a weekend and was told that unfortunately the bar was closed that weekend which caused inconvenience, overall extremely overpriced for the quality of the room and experience. This will be an unforgettable trip due to such a poor experience, in fact, this is the worst hotel/hospitality experience i have had in my life.
The location was everything. It was close to all of the clubs. I also appreciate all the parking options near the hotel compared to other Hotels.
I was disappointed that I didnt receive my King size bed.

The breakfast.
Location is great. Property is very clean.
When I arrived I had to wait for the desk clerk for quite a few minutes, when they were just chatting only a few feet away from me, not professional. Then acted like doing me a favor to check me in after a long day. Charge for everything separately (parking, breakfast....which is nothing special), stayed next door and doesn't do that. Price quoted was not close to final price after all of the add-ons, taxes, etc. Room smelled like cigarette smoke terribly bad. The room attempts to be modern sheik with a very strange layout.
Location
Furniture in the room and bathroom fixtures were worn for the price. Not in a boutique chic. Burn marks on the desk were unexpected for over $300 per night. Staff were very nice and helped get us extra bedding.
One hour after checkout I realized I forgot my massage gun on the bed. I called and they said it should be there because the room hasn’t been cleaned yet. They told me file a claim through ileftmystuff.com which I did. Next day I called and talked to front desk to see what was going on. I heard on the back the manager saying she didn’t know anything about it. The receptionist told me she will check the website and call me back which they never did.
Some lady was able to open my hotel room door on the last day at approx 10:40am and checkout wasn’t until 11. I was getting dressed and some drunk woman opened my door and I had to yell at her to stop it. Front desk said “Well we didn’t issue her a key to your room so we don’t know how it could happen.” They said they’d comp the parking for my troubles but didn’t even end up doing that! Room wasn’t in great shape looked like a cum stain on one of the curtains. Wouldn’t recommend staying here at all for the price try the kimpton down the road.
The property was modern and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
Common areas lacked attention. The bathroom next to the pool and fitness center was badly neglected with no toilet paper and trash on the floor. There were no towels available in the pool either day, needed to bring our own towels down from our room or request from the front desk. The morning buffet charged $16 per person for what should have been $8 given the poor quality of food and lack of options. The location was on the very outskirts of downtown next to the highway and this, along with the issues listed here made the $330 per night price tag feel over priced.
The rooms were clean and comfortable.
We had to pay for water. I expect to have 1-2 complementary bottles of water in the room. I went downstairs to the lobby to ask water and I was directed to the little market area and paid for the waters.
