Malgré une jolie présentation du buffet, le petit-déjeuner reste plutôt moyen. La salle dédiée n’est pas très accueillante : elle est trop petite, sombre et bruyante.
Nous avions choisi la formule avec petit-déjeuner inclus, mais avons finalement préféré prendre nos petits-déjeuners dans de charmants établissements situés à proximité de l’hôtel.

Le bruit, insonorisation très faible, on entend toute la nuit les passages dans le couloir et les autres occupant des chambres voisines, parler, tousser, l’eau qui coule. Les bruits de l’extérieur ça va mais on a l’impression à l’intérieur d’avoir du monde dans la chambre tellement les murs sont fins

A very comfortable stay with spacious rooms, a great bed, and exceptionally friendly staff.
Pros:

I had a pleasant overall experience during my recent stay in Rome. The room size was very comfortable, especially by city standards, and the bed was excellent—I slept very well throughout my stay. I also found the staff to be extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which really enhanced the overall experience.

Cons:

On the downside, the breakfast options could be improved, particularly for guests with dietary restrictions. As someone who is celiac and does not eat pork, I found the selection quite limited and not very accommodating to my needs.

The staff are ignorant, rude, and unwilling to help. They charged us twice and refused to assist us on site. They just kept saying they hadn’t done it, even though I showed them the charge from my bank as well as the emails from them. I have never been treated so badly by any hotel in my entire life!

The hotel itself was dull and very basic. It was nowhere near as cozy and inviting as it looks in the pictures. We had upgraded to a Superior Double City View room. I honestly don’t believe for a second that the room we got was a superior room, and the “city view” was just a huge building right outside the window! We had also prepaid for a bottle of wine that should be there when we arrived. There were nothing there and they said they could'nt see that we had book it even though the offer of booking came from them.

Terrible place!
