Angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Personal zuvorkommend und freundlich.
In der Nähe befindet sich die Villa Borghese, sowie eine Bushaltestelle.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind leider recht hellhörig.
Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es einen Feueralarm, der sich glücklicherweise als Fehlalarm herausstellte, dies mussten wir allerdings erfragen, da das Personal uns keinerlei Informationen dazu gab, sondern unbeirrt den check in anreisender Gäste durchgeführte. Diesbezüglich hätten wir uns eine bessere Kommunikation gewünscht.

Cons:

Największym problemem podczas pobytu była jakość obsługi i sposób komunikacji personelu.

Sam pokój był zgodny ze zdjęciami, jednak dla 3 osób były dostępne tylko 3 gniazdka elektryczne i trzeba było odłączyć lampki. Problem z przedłużaczem udało się ostatecznie rozwiązać, ale dopiero po niepotrzebnie stresującej sytuacji.

Dodatkowo podczas pobytu z pokoju zniknęła moja karta podarunkowa Sephora. Została później odnaleziona i zwrócona, jednak sama sytuacja była bardzo niepokojąca, a sposób komunikacji personelu w związku z moimi pytaniami na ten temat pozostawił bardzo złe wrażenie.

Obiekt może być akceptowalny pod względem lokalizacji i samego pokoju, ale sposób potraktowania gościa oraz brak profesjonalnej komunikacji zdecydowanie obniżyły jakość mojego pobytu.
