Overall it was a comfortable stay just had to ask for so many items that should have been in the room and it was Brett f

Convenient and close to our destination.

Cons:

No towels, we had to go ask. There was no shower curtain. The tv would not work the whole time just kept flashing and we asked for help.

The location was ideal, room was mostly clean, amenities could have been better.

The location was ideal since we had to get on the interstate to go home, beds were comfortable

Cons:

We did not have a remote in out room, went to front desk, was provided a new remote but TV still did not work. Could not get any stations. The bathroom floor was a little dirty. Also, the breakfast could have been better. The waffle machine did not work, fruit did not look appealing and we could not find forks. It definitely could have been stocked better as well.

Pros:

The hotel was nice. It was located near lots of food places within walking distance. The breakfast hostess, Mrs. Bee, was the best. She was very friendly and warm.

Cons:

The front desk staff was very scarce, barely saw anyone for assistance.

Cons:

Breakfast staff was rude and not at all cordial. I had an early morning meeting off site. I returned at 9:35 and was going to grab breakfast and the kitchen lady told me that it was closed even though there was people eating and food was still out. This is the second stat where the kitchen staff was rude. I did not get my breakfast therefore I did not get the value that I paid for my staff. Truly disappointing. Also tub would not drain. I only needed one shower so I did not complain.

Bad mgt , bad employees!
Pros:

The breakfast wasn’t bad !

Cons:

The customer service was horrible . We stayed there a week a never cleaned the room ! Had to put the garbage can outside ! Bad mgt, an it shows with there employees!

Floors nasty breakfast was horrible room had stains on carpet and staff was always arguing never cleaned room or gave us towels as they were by the door no camera. people dont stay there were swimming there I would never stay there again and pics u see online are not the pics u see on website half the sockets to charge phones dont work

Cons:

We specifically requested a king room with a sofa, and we were told in an email that they could accommodate our request for extra pillows. But when we arrived we were told the only room left was with two queen beds. The staff never apologized and instead insisted that the rooms are first come first serve, which makes no sense and defeats the purpose of making a reservation.

If you need something cheap...
Pros:

This place is inexpensive, that is the best thing I can say about it. Also, the staff were very friendly to us. One other thing, checkout is not until noon. Great for sleepyheads!

Cons:

This hotel has seen better days, and everything needs to be replaced - the furniture, the bathroom fixtures, the mattresses, the doors, etc. It is very run down. We got in pretty late at night and did not get to inspect our room until the morning after, and found it pretty dirty. More care needs to be taken when cleaning, vacuuming, and dusting. Also booked this place because of the pool (for my kiddo) and it was shut down for maintenance.

Stopped in for a quick overnight stay on a road trip. Room was clean and decently sized. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Wifi didn't work for the entirety of our stay. Also the pool was closed for maintenance. Expected more for the price. Overall wasn't worth it.
