Cons:

Está todo en remodelación y no se había avisado con anticipación. Menos las habitaciones el resto muy mal. No se ofrece desayuno y tampoco hay piscina. Hay cables colgando por todas partes.

Exceptionally poor and disappointing. The hotel should not have been open for business.

The shower was good. The location to Messe was good.

Cons:

The Hotel was a building site. It was unsafe and should not have been open. We paid for breakfast but it was not available due to the construction work. Under any other circumstances we would have cancelled our booking immediately upon arrival and checked into another hotel but given the Automechanika trade fair was on all other hotels were fully booked up. The state of the hotel was a disgrace as you can from the photographs. I am a regular user of Booking.com and I am asking you to contact the hotel and demand a full refund. This was not just a minor refurbishment - this was a full building site. I asked to see a Manager on several occasions and I was told there was no Manager on site and to send in an email. I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and to not have a Manager on site at any stage clearly shows they were fully aware the hotel should not have been open for business and were avoiding customers. This is simply unacceptable.

Es ist wörtlich eine "Baustelle"! Da muss ich mich den Rezensionen anschließen. Ganz schlimm ist der Zustand der Lobby: 1 Stuhl um warten zu dürfen bis 15.00 Uhr geht garnicht! Man hat versucht ein Hotel auf den neusten Stand zu bringen: Kühlschrank und TV sind top! Die Klimaanlage ein WITZ! Das Bad ist extrem klein für ein Business Doppelzimmer!

Die Zimmer hatten einen guten Zustand.

Kein Frühstück trotz Buchung, Bezahlung und Bestätigung durch Hotel. Keine Rückerstattung des bereitsgezahlten Frühstück.
Beim Einchecken muss man ein BarKaution von 50,- EUR bezahlen, die man beim auschecken zurückbekommt.
Eingangsbereich im Hotel totale Baustelle, ebenso der Fahrstuhl.

Gut für kurze Zwischenübernachtung, direkt am Bahnhof
Pros:

Da sich das Hotel im Umbau befindet, wurde kein Frühstück angeboten.
Die Flure und der Aufzug waren Baustelle, die Zimmer schon neu und modern eingerichtet.
Der Weg zum Bahnhof war für uns ideal.
