Absolute aanrader op een grandioze locatie, midden in het centrum tussen allemaal restaurants.
Pros:

Buitengewoon vriendelijk personeel. Altijd warm welkom van receptie en bellboy. Werd, ondanks de drukte in het hotel, moeite gedaan om ons in dezelfde kamer te laten verblijven na verlenging van een extra nacht. Locatie is uitstekend; kan niet beter of centraler. Badkamer van alle gemakken voorzien.

Cons:

Kan geen verbetering bedenken.

Cons:

La dimension de la salle de bain, très étroite alors que la chambre est grande.
La robinetterie de la douche est malcommode.

Incredible breakfast, large and comfortable rooms, great location
Pros:

Central location in Turin, everything was walking distance. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The shower pressure was amazing! There's a restaurant downstairs that is attached to the hotel so it's easy to find dinner if you don't want to go far. The breakfast buffet was incredible with everything you could hope to choose from. And delicious cappuccinos too. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. If I go back to Turin, I will absolutely stay at this same hotel again.

Cons:

My only complaint is not really the fault of the hotel. I drove and found the location hard to get to because of all the streets closed down for construction and streets closed off for pedestrians. Some guidance on a 'best route' to get there would have helped a little. We eventually gave up on trying to get to the hotel and pulled into a parking garage a couple blocks away and walked. Not so bad except that the garage we found cost 41 euro a day. The valet at the hotel would have been more affordable if we had made it.

Tolle Lage, schönes altes Hotel, schön eingerichtet, guter Service. Sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Schönes altes Hotel in superzentraler Lage, zuvorkommender freundlicher Service. Zimmer schön eingerichtet und sehr ruhig (bis auf die Wasserleitungen, die Geräusche machen). Das Frühstück war entsprechend dem Hotelstandard sehr gut und wir haben sehr schön draußen (bei den Schildkröten :-)) gesessen. Preis/Leistung war bei uns (Ende Mai) sehr gut.

Cons:

Parken ist halt teuer in Turin - hier 24 Euro pro Tag, was noch der verbilligte Hotelpreis war. Das Parkhaus war aber auch nur um die Ecke und schnell zu erreichen. Im Zimmer war alles OK bis auf den Fön, der nicht zum Hotelstandard passte. Leider sind die Wasserleitungen gut zu hören, wenn Wasser fließt - ist aber kein großes Ding.
