Good base to explore Turin
Pros:

We only had two nights in Turin but Hotel Grand Sitea was the perfect choice. It is well positioned to visit the sights. Eg. the Egyptian museum is only a 5 minute walk away.( and worth the visit) There are many and varied options for meals nearby. If arriving by train, it’s only a short easy walk from Porta Nuova Station to the hotel.
The lobby, lounge and bar are very nice. We didn’t use the restaurants or avail ourselves to the breakfast, opting to eat at the local cafes etc but the service at reception and the bar was friendly and welcoming.

The room was extremely comfortable, it was quiet and well appointed.

The only negative was a very slow check in. We arrived at about 2:30, were told our room was still half an hour away from being ready but it was 3:30 before we got the key. Could have just been a particularly busy day…..
We would happily stay at Hotel Grand Sitea again if visiting Turin.

Sí, pero no del todo
Pros:

Pudimos cambiar la habitación sin problema. Lo mejor es el buen gusto que refleja el hotel, no hay apenas errores estéticos, salvo el jardín, que estaba menos cuidado.

Cons:

Mal el trato en el desayuno. Hay tres espacios disponibles: uno interior, otro intermedio frente a la terraza interior y la propia terraza. La camarera que nos atendió nos condujo sin preguntar qué espacio queríamos a una mesa que no nos gustaba. Pedimos otra y nos dijo en un tono severo y feo que no. Decidimos salir al exterior, a una mesa también de cuatro pero esa sorprendentemente estaba autorizada. Otro día estuvimos en el espacio interior y había un empleado que estuvo todo el tiempo limpiando sillas con un plumero. Protestamos, pero nadie pidió perdón. Hombre, mal.

Lo staff è sicuramente il valore aggiunto dell'hotel, la sala colazione è suggestiva anche se la qualità dell' offerta non è incredibile

Cons:

Rumori di pulizia in strada fortissimi dalle 6 del mattino, capisco la storicità dell'hotel ma in un 5 stelle non puoi essere svegliato ogni mattina dalla nettezza urbana alle sei. L'hotel inizia a risentire un po' troppo del passare del tempo

It could not have been better.
Pros:

Our room was gorgeous and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious. It was really a treat to stay with you. We also liked the turtles.

The cheeseburgers--other than that, everything was terrific.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war relativ geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage mitten in Turin ist perfekt. Trotz Innenstadtlage ist das Zimmer auch leise. Das Frühstück war üppig und abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war zwar in Ordnung, aber mit Luft nach oben. Besonders Staubwischen wurde etwas vernachlässigt. Der Preis ist ziemlich hoch, trotz der guten Lage und Ausstattung.

La situation de l'hôtel, au centre de Turin.
Très belles prestations.
Chambre immense, douche et baignoire, double vasque, de nombreux rangements

Cons:

Difficile d'accès.
Climatisation très bruyante et trop froide, molette à l'ancienne sur 13 degrés par avoir de l'air et quand on veut mettre sur 20, tout s'arrête, très bizarre donc système à revoir.
