Pros:

We liked the service of Nikolina at the front desk. She was extreamly efficient, polite and friendly and helpfull. We would like to highly recommend her and the rest of the stuff.

Pros:

Чистая и приятная гостиница. Первая линия у моря. Очень приятный и отзывчивый персонал.
Вкусный завтрак. Второй раз отдыхаем в этой гостинице

Cons:

При выборе мы ориентировались на крытый бассейн с подогревом (так было указано при оформлении)
По факту вода в крытом бассейне была очень холодная, на столько что мы не смогли зайти.

Lovely hotel but poor disabled capabilities accessing the various facility’s

Hotelin konumu iyi ve keyifli
Pros:

-Oda konforluydu. Çocuk beşiği/ranzalar olması avantajdı.
-Kahvaltı çok iyi ve çeşitliydi.
-Sahil ve sahil yürüyüş yolu çok keyifliydi.
-Etrafta çeşitli restoranlar vardı.
-Kapalı park yeri olması iyiydi.
-Hotelin peyzajı keyifliydi.
-Çocuk oyun odası iyiydi, bahçede oyun parkı olsa iyi olurdu.
-Havuz kenarında QR kod ile menüye ulaşıp sipariş verebilmek oldukça konforluydu.
-Gym ve özel spor salonu vardı.

Cons:

-Asansörler vardı ama bebek arabası ile sahil seviyesinden yukarıya ve odaya ulaşmak zahmetli oldu.
-Koridorlardan odaya ses geliyordu.
-Yerlerin temizliğini beğenmedim. Yerlerin su ile silinmediğini/moplanmadığını düşünüyorum. Yarım saat çorapla yürüyen çocuğumun ayakları kirlendi.
-Sıcak havuz umduğumuz gibi ılık değildi.
-Aile konaklaması için pek rahat bulmadım. Çok sayıda tekli gruplar vardı ve odalarının kapıları açıktı, alkol ve madde kullanımı yaygındı. Koridorda geçerken ot kokusu aldım.
-Kahvaltıda tek bir soğuk kahve makinesi vardı ve önünde sıra oluyordu.
