Pool area dreadful
Pros:

This hotel lets itself down!
It had everything you would want , good restaurants, bars, location, beach front good food , clean rooms.
However the pool area is a disaster!
Lack of bed allocation leads to normal early morning towel laying. This leads to a real underlying mood of anger, resentment and in a number of incidents so far, out right aggression. With arguments and shoving in a family hotel.
What’s wors, is people are allowed to drink, eat and smoke in the pool!! With no apparent consequence. This is really off putting combine this with guests can bring their own food and drink in, so McDonalds delivers and bottles of vodka completely down grades all the hard work the rest of the hotel has put in.
Conclusion
the area most guests want to spend their time, is the one place that is completely unmanaged. If someone was to take the time to manage this area it would complete all the hard work the rest of the team are putting in. I wouldn’t class the pool area 2 star never mind 4 star.
Get a manager who has some courage and a team that will back them and sort it out. As it stands I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. SHAME REALLY!

Excellent hotel shame about some of the guests

Cons:

Darina from the team. We arrived at 6:30 in the afternoon and were given a room at 9:30 at night. Bad attitude, impatience, and they even charged us 160 euros for a three-month-old baby.
