Pros:

The hotel is a nice, clean, comfortable standard hotel. The stay were friendly. All good!

Cons:

Since the rooms are only cleaned daily on request, and this is when coffee etc is refilled, I only had coffee for two of the mornings not all three. It is a small thing- unless you are a quick-morning-coffee kind of person.

Wir haben uns drei Tage und Nächte rundum wohlgefühlt.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück inkl. Milchersatzprodukten, veganer Wurst und veganem Käse. Der geplante Besuch der Landesgartenschau von NRW am Rennpark war problemlos und entspannt zu Fuß möglich. Sehr gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV zum Hauptbahnhof Neuss, nach Düsseldorf und z.B. nach Mönchengladbach zum Borussia Park. Sehr schöne Zimmer (Junior Suite), sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Unsere Junior Suite war nur für die ersten beiden Nächte (von drei Nächten) frei und gebucht, für die dritte Nacht hätten wir normalerweise umziehen müssen. Nachdem eine Stornierung von einer Junior Suite im Hotel einging, wurde diese sofort für uns reserviert, und wir erhielten unverzüglich die freudige Nachricht, dass wir nochmal eine Nacht bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthalts in der Junior Suite bleiben können. :-)

Haben noch einmal für Juli gebucht
Pros:

Die Natütlichkeit des Personals. Beim Frühstück wurde einem nicht der Teller unter der Nase weggezogen. Man hatte Zeit zum Verweilen.

Bien, mais je ne choisirais plus cet hôtel en premier choix
Pros:

Grand et propre
Le personnel très à l'écoute mais pas toujours compréhensif sur les erreurs de manipulations (ticket de parking) suite à des incompréhensions liées à la langue. C'est assez irrespectueux. C'est dommage. Peut être faut il arrêter de faire l'effort de parler en anglais et "exiger" que le personnel de l'hôtel parle la langue du client ?.... Cela évitera que le client se sente "grondé" par le personnel... Et d'avoir une réaction du client désagréable pour les personne à l'accueil.

Les chambres sont grandes, propre, relativement bien équipées. Petite remarque sur la musique diffusée dans les couloirs.... Elle s'entend dans la chambre...

Bref, un 4 Etoiles qui devrait revoir quelques petits détails.

A noter, la proximité des transports en communs.

Cons:

Ce n'est pas tellement la faute de l'hôtel, même le manque de réaction a été notable.
Lorsque vous avez des enfants en "roue libre", et dont les parents ne s'occupent pas, ou bien pour qui il semble tout à fait naturel que leur enfant se comportent mal, il me semble que le rôle du personnel est d'intervenir auprès des parents pour garder une certaine tranquillité et que les clients ne soient pas importunés.

Preis-Leistung-Größe für kurzen Aufenthalt - Passt!
Pros:

Zimmer war groß und geräumig. Badezimmer war seperat. Das Bett war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Zeit gekommen, man könnte das ein oder andere mal austauschen oder renovieren vor dem Hotel waren Gäste lautstark unterwegs, das hat man im Zimmer leider gut hören können.

Zimmer war ok. Hund war willkommen.

Cons:

Qualität des Frühstücks nicht angemessen. Keine Marmelade, Qualität des Brotes / der Brötchen nur ok.

Die Lage ist nicht angenehm. Drogenszene rund um den Parkplatz der Stadthalle und das Dorint Hotel.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, alles sauber, Personal sehr freundlich. Betten bequem, Frühstück auch alles da, was man braucht.

Ein gutes, zentral gelegenes Hotel mit Zimmern wie man es für 4-Sterne erwarten kann.

Cons:

Sofern man spontan ein Frühstück haben möchte bzw.. keines mitgebucht hat, sind 24,-€ für eine Person m.E. deutlich zu viel.

Pros:

Gutes Hotel an ruhiger Lage, direkt am Rosengarten. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr gute Verkehrs-Anbindung, Haltestellen in direkter Nähe. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuss in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar.

Cons:

Leider gibt es im Rosen- und Stadtgarten viele Drogendealer und andere zwielichtige Gestalten. Eine Treppenrampe beim Hotel-Eingang, wäre kein Luxus.

Perfecte obv
Pros:

De locatie is perfect als je een voorstelling in de Globe gaat bezoeken. Mooie korte wandeling naar het stadscentrum met restaurants en dan naar het theater en je wandelt zo terug naar het hotel. Het ontbijt was xeer uitgebreid, Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.
