Cons:

Loved the location after a long drive from Las Vegas, but the room was a huge disappointment.

I checked in around 10 PM and immediately noticed the room had not been properly cleaned—wrinkled sheets, hair on the pillows, and more hair in the bathroom. The toilet was dirty and the shower curtain was yellow.

When I called the front desk, instead of sending housekeeping, they gave me sheets and expected me to change the bed myself. I had to remove and replace everything on my own.

The next morning, I requested service again and was told, “we’ll see if we can,” which was not reassuring. After explaining the situation, they said someone would be sent.

A night staff member also told me I would receive a one-night compensation due to the condition of the room. However, when I followed up on Sunday morning, I was told they could not honor it and that “the night guy always says that,” which felt very unprofessional.


Room 3-335


As a manager at Las Vegas, I was especially disappointed by both the cleanliness and the lack of accountability. I expected much better service.

The pool and Leon my concierge guy was awesome

The outdoor fireplace didn't work because of a gasoline maintenance issue.

Pros:

My stay was great! From checking in to the exceptionally clean rooms. Everything exceeded my expectations. Rooms were well insulated, I never heard my neighbors. Would stay here again.

Pricing was not not what it says when booked

It’s close to all the places I want to go

Cons:

This place is not truthful in pricing. I booked it for $386 for 2 nights but ended up $381 and also charged me for parking. I was truthful when I booked for the number of guests staying there and paid for higher price too but ended up with less people.
