Would not stay at again they don’t care for customers health obviously with the lack of care of rooms
Pros:

The property wasn’t too bad it was within good range from food spots and the beach. But my wife immediately started feeling sick after staying the first night and is still sick 4 days after we have gotten back she has a bad cough and terrible nausea I saw reports of black mold at this location and then one night after trying to get the remote from behind the bed I found condom wrappers from previous guest along with a ton of other trash shoved bad there and some of the carpet was moist I’m pretty dissatisfied with our stay the best part of the trip was leaving the hotel every day

Cons:

I didn’t like the lack of cleanliness they have for their rooms there was brown stains in our shower and along the bottom of the shower as well along with the condom wrappers behind the bed that were from previous guest and left there for us to find

I enjoyed my stay and would go back again.
Pros:

Great place to stay. The room was spacious with a desk and a sofa. The location was good with the freeway close by and several eating places close by. There was also a pool, several outside seating areas and a fitness center. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I had an issue with the wifi on my phone. Staff tried to help and turning the phone off and on worked sometimes. I ended up disconnecting the wifi and everything worked again. They said it was my phone but it works fine everywhere else.

Stay away, your room will be cancelled with no prior notice and thus have no where to sleep.

Cons:

This property cancelled my stay with no notice. I arrived to check in for my stay and was notified that they cancelled due to no credit card on file, which is untrue since it is mandatory to place a credit card in order to reserve the room. I had a confirmation code, email, and booking information to prove my booking. It was an extreme inconvenience since I was not made aware prior, and of course all rooms were booked due to an event that was taking place nearby. Do not book here unless you want to arrive to the property and have your entire trip ruined.

Very friendly staff.

Cons:

TV remote needed batteries. Ironing board was broken and iron never heated up. These are things that should be checked after every guest leaves to ensure they’re in proper working condition for the next guest.

I would rather choose the Sonesta Suites next time as there breakfast is much better with warm choices and the staff was

Nice Property

Cons:

The breakfast selections were poor and the young lady that helped us made us feel as we were inconveniencing her. She seemed like she was in such a hurry but it was only my husband and I and another couple sitting at a table. It was uncomfortable. Maybe she was busy and I’m just not seeing the whole picture. The phone in our room did not work and when I let the lady at the front desk know she didn’t even apologize. Much different than the Sonesta Suites staff.

Comfortable, attractive room. Bathroom needs upgrading.
Pros:

The location was convenient for meeting with our family members. The bathroom needs upgrading. We were hoping for/ expecting a hot, full breakfast but just got food wrapped in plastic—a surprise from other years and other meals. We were disappointed.

Friendly staff and good location but a little dated.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and welcoming. It was a good location for what we wanted to do. There were towels for the pool and a great breakfast station you could order and from.

Cons:

It’s quite dark and dated. The pool could do with a clean too.
