Nice Property
The breakfast selections were poor and the young lady that helped us made us feel as we were inconveniencing her. She seemed like she was in such a hurry but it was only my husband and I and another couple sitting at a table. It was uncomfortable. Maybe she was busy and I’m just not seeing the whole picture. The phone in our room did not work and when I let the lady at the front desk know she didn’t even apologize. Much different than the Sonesta Suites staff.
The location was convenient for meeting with our family members. The bathroom needs upgrading. We were hoping for/ expecting a hot, full breakfast but just got food wrapped in plastic—a surprise from other years and other meals. We were disappointed.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. It was a good location for what we wanted to do. There were towels for the pool and a great breakfast station you could order and from.

The hotel staff was friendly. The location was convenient to freeways, etc.
The hotel facilities are tired and not maintained well. The hall carpets were stained and messy. The hall lighting was grey and dingy. The furniture in the rooms (couch, chair) were old and stained, and we didn't want to sit on them.
The staff, front desk person was very personal, friendly, and made sure all of our needs were made..
The coffee bar. Starbucks coffee excellent. The person behind the coffee bar was friendly and fixed our coffee to protection. Thank you
Location was grest, the bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in at a hotel. The air conditioner worked really good too.
Didn't like the painted over mold in the restroom and the carpet in the rooms and hallways were pretty dirty. The lobby was very nice but the rooms didn't match that at all.
I didn’t like how the hotel doesn’t clean my room unless I request them to. I stayed for two nights and thought that they would clean my room but they didn’t, so I asked them and they said that they only clean my room if I put in a request.
