Great 2nd line beach hotel in Waikiki, highly recommended!
Pros:

This hotel is just great for a stay in Waikiki. You get the great views, a minutes walk to the beach and all the comfort without needing to pay the price for the beach line hotels.
We enjoyed the spacious room with ocean view and the super comfortable beds. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the café onsite is great and gives you Hawaii vibes.

Cons:

I was missing a shower in the pool area, but this is just a minor thing.

Great location in Waikiki
Pros:

the location is great. right smack in the heart of waikiki. There’s a very nice Filipina staff that accommodated us for early check in. We arrived around 1pm and tired from a red eye flight and the first staff turned us down right away and said to wait for 3pm even though we told her that we would check out anyway at 5am a day after. She jusy said there’s no room or if we want we can pay $150 for early check in eveb though it was only 2 hrs more til 3pm. When my husband asked again coz our daughter was really tired, she helped us right away. We forgot her name but she was very accommodating and nice compared to the first lady who attended to us.

Ho trascorso una settimana in questo hotel ad agosto e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza davvero piacevole. La posizione è uno dei punti di forza: si trova in un'area molto comoda, che permette di raggiungere facilmente tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche e i servizi della zona. Non ho mai avuto difficoltà a spostarmi, il che ha reso il mio soggiorno ancora più rilassante.

Un altro aspetto che mi ha colpito è stato il personale. Tutti sono stati estremamente cordiali e disponibili, pronti a rispondere a qualsiasi mia richiesta con un sorriso. Questo ha contribuito a creare un'atmosfera accogliente e familiare, facendomi sentire a casa.

Le camere erano pulite e ben curate, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole.

Decent not great
Pros:

Good location. Many good places to eat right outside the hotel. Close to beach, safe

Cons:

The pool area was very unattractive and uninviting- just looking at it made me not want to spend time there. It looked like more of an afterthought rather than a place created for guests to enjoy- small, ugly, uncomfortable

The crowds who appear every night for the showroom show, make the hotel lobby and elevators, overwhelmed with showroom guests, which is not pleasant for hotel guests

Cons:

2階の部屋で窓を開けたら1階の屋根？が広がっていて色々な物が落ちていて、海も山も街並みも見えずロケーションは最悪でした。
しかも、朝早く部屋にGが出るという初体験で寝不足でした。2日目にはハウスクリーニングも入っておらず残念な事ばかりで、2度と宿泊しないと思います。

מלון מיושן, שירות גרוע, חדרים לא נקיים, כל יום היינו צריכים לבקש יותר מכמה פעמים ביום שינקו לנו את החדר ושירות הניקיון לא הגיע רק ממש מאוחר ואחרי מספר בקשות.
לובי רועש, בריכה לא נקייה וקטנה. פשוט אכזבה גדולה.
לא מומלץ.
