Ideal accommodation for our first visit to Honolulu.
Pros:

Excellent location close to Waikiki Beach access. A very comfortable spacious room with balcony views of the ocean and Kalākaua Avenue.

Great hotel, good location and price but soured by poor customer service

Cons:

The staff in the aroma cafe were less than ordinary, their service was horrible. I have never seen three more miserable people working in one place.. they advertised Happy hour and it was a bit of a joke. They all had their bottom lips out like it was the worst day of their life.. 3 days in a row. It really soured the experience of sitting around the pool.
We also had no body soap in the shower in our room, we advised the room attendant. It didn't get topped up for over 24 hours?

The location was great

Cons:

They didn't have any parking. We had to park at a different location than the hotel. The parking structure was a pain to find and we got lost. We didn't get room service. They overbooked the room we reserved and we got moved from a king bed to two full size beds. The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable; we had a hard time falling asleep.

Price is a bit steep but hotel is nice, staff is attentive, and location is prime.
Pros:

The hotel is nice and in a prime location. The staff were excellent, starting with the Front Desk. Joshua was amazing and extremely friendly. We did not like our room at first and he was able to accommodate us with a much better room in a very short turnaround. The valet drivers were also extremely friendly and provided amazing recommendations for us!

Cons:

Not too many complaints, but I will say the price for this hotel is a bit steep and the bathroom was nice but was a bit small and and some wear and tears.

Great location!!
Pros:

The property is in an excellent location in the centre of town. There are shops, food halls surrounding. Can walk to everything.

Cons:

The bar downstairs has the rudest staff, it’s our second stay and we have had issues with the manager on both occasions being unhelpful, rude and aggressive. She ended up abusing the bartender because she allowed our party to sit at a table allocated to us before everyone arrived. Half the place was empty. She then came over to us and told us off for sitting down at the table while the tail end of the group was waiting at the bar to be served. They then hit us with a 20% mandatory tip for more than 6 people. We went to the bar to order drinks and didn’t end up eating!!

Very comfortable room close to the beach in the heart of Waikiki
Pros:

The room was very quiet and comfortable. Bed was great no bathtub if you need one. It’s about 200 yards to walk to the beach. It’s very close to an Asian food court, which was excellent! I would gladly come back to this place.

Our overall stay was pleasant and would recommend the hotel . Location was central to restaurants. Shops and beach.
Pros:

Location and friendly staff

Cons:

The initial room we were given faced roof top airconditioning units motors which were very loud and could be heard in the room.
We spoke to front desk and we were given quieter room and breakfast vouchers.

GREAT LOCATION , ROOMS WERE AS EXPECTED AND SUITED THE DIFFERENT FAMILY NEEDS ADEQUATELY , VERY CLEAN AND PRESENTABLE WITH THE OCEAN VIEW WE EXPECTED. GREAT SERVICE BY PORTERS IN ARRANGING TAXIS ETC
