Prima hotel op goede locatieq
Pros:

Net hotel op een toplocatie! Middenin het centrum en op nog geen 2 minuten lopen van het strand.

Cons:

We hadden via booking geboekt inclusief ontbijt. We waren met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Helaas bleek dat bij aankomst het hotel enkel inclusief ontbijt rekent voor 2 personen ipv de 4. Dit zou in kleine lettere beschreven staan. Wij hebben dit echter niet kunnen lezen en op de site van booking staat dit ook niet als je inclusief ontbijt boekt. Dit vonden wij nogal misleidend vanuit beide partijen en hebben nog hoop extra kosten aan ontbijt gehad, welke we niet voorzien hadden van tevoren. Met name de manier waarop we door hotel en booking geholpen zijn hiermee vonden we teleurstellend. Beide partijen wezen naar elkaar, booking klantenservice reageerde heel laat of niet op berichten hierover.

Memorable and fabulous. Loved everything!
Pros:

I've stayed here before therefore cannot bring myself to going anywhere else. The location is the biggest drawcard. The rooms are an excellent size and very well maintained and facilitated. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The enjoyment and luxury of having a pool, gym and cafe at your doorstep is also a major factor in staying here.

Hawaii 2026
Pros:

The hotel is nice and centrally located in the heart of Waikiki with everything is walking distance and accross the street from the beach. Our view was very nice and we could see the Ocean and Diamond Head from our Lanai.

Cons:

When we checked in we got assigned a room on a floor where there was no hot water and no telling when it would be fixed but they were working on it and offered a hospitality room to take showers until it was fixed. This was unacceptable so we spoke with a manager who promptly assigned us another room on a floor where the hot water was working and comped our resort and parking fees for the duration of our stay. However, since the resort fee had already been included in the cost we paid ahead of time, I'm still waiting to see how this would be refunded.

Pros:

Everything cleanliness location for what I needed it for and the staff super nice and accommodating made check in and check out easy and quick and also how they remedied the situation we had with no hot water the whole stay there.

Cons:

The parking was horrible because valet lot was full so had to park else where( only reason I mention this is cause we was there for the regatta and we have tents and chairs and equipment so parking close where we can access that said equipment in the morning is easier then clyttering the room with said equipment). And as for me I bathe cold water but my kids not so much they were complaining to me about not having hot water our whole stay.
