Stadthotel direkt am Hauptbahnhof
Pros:

Bequemes Bett, grosser Fernseher, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter !

Cons:

Die Einrichtung des Zimmers im 2. Stock war ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen , aber zweckmässig. Die Hotelbar fand ich wenig ansprechend und sehr nüchtern. Das Ambiente läd dort nicht gerade zum Verweilen ein.

Das Zimmer war super geräumig und sauber. Hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Hotel Innenausstattung war auch sehr schön und das Personal höflich.

Cons:

Die Lage vom Hotel ist leider nicht so gut weil es direkt am Bahnhof ist.. Abends gefährlich draußen

Personeel; aardig - behulpzaam - 2 drankjes gratis gekregen voor het te lang wachten voordat ik aan de beurt was.

Cons:

Bij aankomst; dat was minder - veel zwervers/ bedelaars
Personeel; kingsize bed gekregen wat niet opgemaakt was.
Kamer; bed onwijs hard - veel stof onder de bed - 2 nachten geslapen en de kamer niet schoongemaakt.

The hotel was clean and in a good location. We also appreciated the help from the night-shift staff. When we reported that the air conditioning was not working, they kindly offered us another room, even though it was around midnight. This was a helpful and considerate gesture.

The air conditioning was not working during our stay. We were provided with a very small and old fan, which was also extremely noisy. This was not an acceptable alternative, particularly given the room temperature.

Parking

Parking was easy and convenient, but the hotel did not explain the parking arrangements clearly.

We were specifically told by a member of the night-shift staff that parking was free for guests until 12:00 pm the following day. However, when we checked out, the morning staff member who had checked us in told us that parking normally costs €22. She then said that, because the air conditioning was not working, she would "cover" the €22 parking charge for us.

This was misleading, as we had already been clearly informed by the night-shift staff that parking was free for us until 12:00 pm the following day.

Staff

Unfortunately, the staff member who dealt with both our check-in and check-out was not particularly friendly or welcoming. We also felt that she was trying to mislead us regarding the parking charges, which left us with a very poor impression of the hotel.

Overall, the experience was disappointing, particularly because the air conditioning was not working and the communication regarding the parking charges was unclear and misleading.

Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen.
Pros:

Wir haben alle drei hervorragend geschlafen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück fanden wir etwas teuer, da wir für das Geld niemals hätten alles essen können, die Zeit fehlte uns auch noch dazu.

Maravilloso hotel

Hermoso hotel. Edificación antigua con instalaciones modernas y completas. Decoración perfecta.Las instalaciones son magnificas. El desayuno excelente. El personal atento y servicial. Muy bien ubicado. Parqueadero accesible en el hotel y si no hay cupo hay uno público a media cuadra. La dotación de la habitación es muy completa.

Een comfortabele en ruime kamer met goede bedden
Pros:

Het ontbijtbuffet overtrof onze verwachtingen: veel keus en alles werd snel aangevuld.
Het personeel is erg vriendelijk.
Het hotel heeft een eigen parkeergarage. Prijzig, maar wel met een rechtstreekse verbinding met de lobby.
Het hotel is gunstig gelegen ten opzichte van restaurantjes en het (winkel)centrum van Bielefeld.

Cons:

De ligging van het hotel tegenover het hotel maakt dat er in de omgeving veel (over)last wordt ervaren van bedelaars en daklozen. Daar kan het hotel helemaal niets aan doen, maar het is goed om te weten wat je eventueel te wachten staat zodra je te voet het hotel verlaat.
