Pros:

Everything was good except the facility was under construction! We was able to overlook the mess but the noise was irritating. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

THE WORST PLACE EVER TO STAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

absolutely nothing it was a little close to where I was visiting that was the only good thing about it everything else was garbage trash construction noisy not comfortable who not good for people who can't eat hot stuff it was just a horrible experience all the way around

To start off with there was construction going on inside the hotel we did not know about the hotel is changing over from Hilton to spark so it is not under Hilton's rules anymore obviously there was construction going on on the floor on the other side where the elevators are from us the room next door to us was being tapped on in walls being scraped loud noises beginning at 9:00 in the morning Mexican music being played people banging things against the wall the ice machine was not available to be used to have to go downstairs because all construction material was in the ice machine room there was nowhere to put your clothes in the room there were no closets no hangers no drawers no nothing just a ironing board and there was no iron and there was no blow dryer for your hair there was no amenities in there that usually you find in Hilton Hilton is usually extremely nice this is not a Hilton I repeat this is not a Hilton it is a spark it is changing over from Hilton it is no longer Hilton and it is garbage now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Breakfast was made for only people who can eat hot and spicy foods pepper and peppers and eggs omelette and on potatoes there were other things to eat but it would have been nice to eat just plain eggs also staff was extremely rude checking out when I told her the problems did not try to fix anything and didn't even seem concerned that there were issues... I give this hotel a double zero stars out of no stars they should not get anything they should not even be in business he is the most horrible place I have ever stayed in my whole entire life!!

Apesar da estada ter sido paga com enorme antecedência, quando chegámos o hotel afirmou que não tinha notícia de qualquer reserva. Só após várias diligências que duraram cerca de duas horas, foi possível resolver a situação, muito embora tivessemos de mudar de quarto no dia seguinte. O incidente foi muito penoso para um casal com mais de 80 anos de idade que chegou ao hotel após uma viagem aérea que durou cerca de 15 horas. Sublinho que o apoio da Booking para resolver a situação foi eficiente.

Good but could be cleaner
Pros:

The management at this location needs to work with the cleaning crew. The bathroom had so much dust it was thick at the corners. It was 9:30 am and they got to out room unannounced and asked if we were leaving. The restroom downstairs next to the breakfast area also had a strong smell.
But parking is good, front desk staff was courteous, beds were comfortable and room was quiet.
Gym is also good.
Breakfast options are ok for this price range.

We enjoyed the pool even though it was slightly cold and the breakfast was delicious
Pros:

I liked that they included breakfast and the price of the hotel was cheaper than similar hotels

Cons:

I asked for a an extra bed when I booked and then mentioned it to the person working the front desk. They said they would look into it and never got back to me. The pool was cold and the room wasn’t the cleanest.

The best spot
Pros:

Cameron was Absolutely Wonderful in helping with our emergency situation. I would recommend this place and him to anyone. Rooms where clean and comfortable. and Cameron was so helpful. I'm very thankful for him. thank you alot.
