Overall it was not a bad experience but could have been a bit better.
Pros:

Place was clean except for the carpet. The a/c didn't work rite so it was a bit uncomfortable. It was mostly clean and suite was set up very well.

Cons:

The carpet could have been cleaned and the air-conditioning could have worked right.

Needed a place to sleep 5 adults for one night and this far exceeded expectations!
Pros:

Breakfast was typical hotel type breakfast, very clean and fresh though. Excellent blueberry muffin and nice little coffee / tea bar area 24 hours.

It was very nice and comfortable.

I loved that it had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a pull out sofa in the livingroom. In a very nice location.

Just awful
Cons:

We walked in our room and the smell was so bad it smelled like mildew. We went to bed he front desk and explained and the man at the front desk said they only had 45 minutes to clean as if we checked in early and we did not. They gave us another room which was the same exact smell. At this point we left and called them and requested a refund they hung up. I called corporate but they did not answer. I intend to get a hold of corporate and get my refund.
