Pros:

Overall it was very nice. Very clean

Cons:

I was very disappointed that some of the amenities that I paid for were not available. The pool was broke, and I couldn't use the firepit or grill. And even the pancake maker was. Broken. And yet they made sure to take the extra 100.00 for my small 8lb Yorkie.

New management is trying to improve facilities, hope they can upgrade it, really nice location!
Pros:

Loved how quiet it was! You could also walk beautifully paved paths for as far as you wanted to go.

Cons:

No pool, which is why we chose this location. Staff was apologetic and did discount our room which was very helpful.

The location is good and it was overall nice. Not great customer care.
Pros:

I liked the breakfast. The room was big and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The staff weren’t that friendly. The breakfast was late several times. They didn’t seem to care.

Great stay for the money
Pros:

The place was very well fitted with all you need even for the kitchen. It was in a very nice location with no noise from people or vehicles. Breakfast was ok for the price and you could get coffee or tea anytime of the day and at certain times even popcorn. We loved the room which I would say was more a studio than a room, very well distributed and arranged. Had plenty of parking also a pool and a gym and even laundry if needed.

Cons:

They had a pancake machine but never any pancakes.

This was a very quiet, and private hotel to stay at that is 15 mins from downtown Nashville.
Pros:

Property is set up like little apartments. The rooms were big and very clean. Water pressure in shower was excellent. Staff were all very friendly!!

Cons:

There was no coffee maker in our room. We went to Kroger and bought a small one to use.

Cons:

Booked 2 units. But they only had one room ready. They messed up the reservation. So we were separated from our kids and put in what they had available which was the handicap accessible room in a different building. Not cool.

Room was never touched entire stay

Cons:

I stayed 4 nights then added 3 more nights. My room trash was never done the entire time i stayed those nights. Front office man said i had to request room to be clean. I told him wanted cleaned never did.
In Addition i pulled my own trash ect..
Trash still in room. Then had bring dirty towels to office to get clean ones and toilet paper as well.
Not sure all this. I prayed alot money to stay close my work. I work 12 hour shifts.

Pros:

Very nice suite, and great space. It was very quiet and felt comfortable. It had a home away from home feeling. We had a great experience, and would definitely stay here again! Thank you to the staff, for making our experience a positive one. It was much needed!

Cons:

If I were to say something not liked? It would be that we didn't have the option to make pancakes or waffles, because the machine used to make them wasn't available to use. It was there, though not available.

Staffs were friendly and good location.

Cons:

The stay was disappointing overall. The room was not clean, and many surfaces felt sticky. There was also a large amount of mold on the ceiling, which was very concerning. On the positive side, the dishes were clean, the area was quiet, and the breakfast was okay. However, cleanliness needs serious improvement.
