Great stay for the money
Pros:

The place was very well fitted with all you need even for the kitchen. It was in a very nice location with no noise from people or vehicles. Breakfast was ok for the price and you could get coffee or tea anytime of the day and at certain times even popcorn. We loved the room which I would say was more a studio than a room, very well distributed and arranged. Had plenty of parking also a pool and a gym and even laundry if needed.

Cons:

They had a pancake machine but never any pancakes.

This was a very quiet, and private hotel to stay at that is 15 mins from downtown Nashville.
Pros:

Property is set up like little apartments. The rooms were big and very clean. Water pressure in shower was excellent. Staff were all very friendly!!

Cons:

There was no coffee maker in our room. We went to Kroger and bought a small one to use.

Room was never touched entire stay
Pros:

Locaton my room

Cons:

I stayed 4 nights then added 3 more nights. My room trash was never done the entire time i stayed those nights. Front office man said i had to request room to be clean. I told him wanted cleaned never did.
In Addition i pulled my own trash ect..
Trash still in room. Then had bring dirty towels to office to get clean ones and toilet paper as well.
Not sure all this. I prayed alot money to stay close my work. I work 12 hour shifts.

Nice pretty & convenient location

Cons:

Booked 2 units. But they only had one room ready. They messed up the reservation. So we were separated from our kids and put in what they had available which was the handicap accessible room in a different building. Not cool.

Pros:

Very nice suite, and great space. It was very quiet and felt comfortable. It had a home away from home feeling. We had a great experience, and would definitely stay here again! Thank you to the staff, for making our experience a positive one. It was much needed!

Cons:

If I were to say something not liked? It would be that we didn't have the option to make pancakes or waffles, because the machine used to make them wasn't available to use. It was there, though not available.

Staffs were friendly and good location.

Cons:

The stay was disappointing overall. The room was not clean, and many surfaces felt sticky. There was also a large amount of mold on the ceiling, which was very concerning. On the positive side, the dishes were clean, the area was quiet, and the breakfast was okay. However, cleanliness needs serious improvement.

Pros:

So the actual room was great, two bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a living room and kitchen. It was very spacious and very quiet.

Cons:

Well, when we got there, there was a dirty washcloth on the shower curtain rod and when I went to pull out the sofa bed for my son, it was very stained and there was alot of hair, dirt and oddly enough, glitter underneath. I don't think anyone has ever cleaned underneath it or the actual mattress before. I called the front desk and housekeeping came down to look at it and I'm guessing it wasn't gross enough for her because they didn't replace it. My son had to sleep on the vinyl couch cushions which defeated the purpose of having the sofa bed. Also, there was a monstrous wasp flying around in there that we had to catch :)

Great location with a comfortable bed. Everything we needed including a good hot breakfast.

Cons:

Coffee was available in the lobby but very limited supply in the kitchenette. No creamer or sweetener available. Minor Iditarod

This was the most unclean, roach infested place, that I’ve ever seen.
Pros:

Nothing was good about this place.

It was dirty and there were live cockroaches in our room.
