Just awful
Cons:

We walked in our room and the smell was so bad it smelled like mildew. We went to bed he front desk and explained and the man at the front desk said they only had 45 minutes to clean as if we checked in early and we did not. They gave us another room which was the same exact smell. At this point we left and called them and requested a refund they hung up. I called corporate but they did not answer. I intend to get a hold of corporate and get my refund.

Needs a better system between booking.com and actually reservation system
Pros:

After driving 9 hours 1 hour before check in I get a call and they have over booked…. But the gentleman on the phone claimed they have been over booked for a couple weeks…. Not to sure why they would wait until an hour before check in to make these phone calls..

Very disappointed in the stay and layout. The ACs not being great didn’t help

Overall it was very nice. Very clean

Cons:

I was very disappointed that some of the amenities that I paid for were not available. The pool was broke, and I couldn't use the firepit or grill. And even the pancake maker was. Broken. And yet they made sure to take the extra 100.00 for my small 8lb Yorkie.

New management is trying to improve facilities, hope they can upgrade it, really nice location!
Pros:

Loved how quiet it was! You could also walk beautifully paved paths for as far as you wanted to go.

Cons:

No pool, which is why we chose this location. Staff was apologetic and did discount our room which was very helpful.

Great stay for the money
Pros:

The place was very well fitted with all you need even for the kitchen. It was in a very nice location with no noise from people or vehicles. Breakfast was ok for the price and you could get coffee or tea anytime of the day and at certain times even popcorn. We loved the room which I would say was more a studio than a room, very well distributed and arranged. Had plenty of parking also a pool and a gym and even laundry if needed.

Cons:

They had a pancake machine but never any pancakes.
