Très bon hôtel, central, à 2 minutes du bord de mer et des points d'intérêts
Pros:

Très bon séjour, hôtel confortable et très bien situé, à proximité du centre et de tous les points d'intérêts. Chambre spacieuse et confortable même si la déco est un peu classique. Tout le personnel est très agréable. Bon petit déjeuner. Il n'y avait pas de place au parking de l'hôtel mais il existe un immense parking à proximité, cela n'a pas été un problème. Notre petit chien a été très bien accueilli.

Cons:

S'il fallait améliorer quelque chose, je suggère de faire un petit peu de déco au niveau du roof top (plantes, mobilier...). Cela pourrais être un endroit vraiment fabuleux.

Все великолепно , завтраки роскошные , лучше , чем в 4 звездах Ниццы , к пляжу очень удобно , номера большие , отличные кровати и постельное белье , все новое, идеальное , обслуживание великолепное , счастлива, что выбрала именно этот отель , советую брать с террасой - местоположение понравилось очень , удобно гулять по Каннам

Pros:

Great hotel - cleanness and newly furnished, we slept very well. Staff is very friendly. The underground parking is also a big plus.
The courtyard/patio is very nice (especially for central Cannes, where there are few such yards), especially in the evenings.

Cons:

The rooftop terrace looks great but you can't really use it in the summer time. It's only open during daytime, and there's no shade, so it's way too hot. And the jacuzzi looks good, but being a hot-tub at 37 degrees, you can't really bathe. Probably perfect in the autumn/winter/spring, but def. not in the summer.
The location is not perfect, you have to walk 15 min to get to the main places (beach or restaurants/bars).

Very nice hotel!
Pros:

Very nice location! 5 min from really restaurants, bars, beaches, supermarkets, train station; all is close to hotel. The stuff was super helpful and welcoming, always made us smile, thank you for that.
The rooms are big, clean and have all you need for comfortable staying. We really enjoyed the hotel and will definitely come back!

Nice and simple hotel, next to rue de Antibe, value for money to stay for few days
Pros:

Nice room, with all amenities like slippers, coffee machine, even iron etc.,. quiet room (looking over patio) which is important for cities. Comfortable bed. The stuff is nice, allowed late check in. Location is close to shopping street. Good if the beach is not your main destination .
