Categories

Cleanliness
7.4
Multiple guests reported housekeeping issues (dirty carpet, toilet paper not replaced, dust, poor room cleaning) and one reviewer described strong odors/painting; cleanliness is a clear negative in several reviews.
Service
9.4
Majority of reviews praise staff as warm, friendly and very helpful (specific mentions of excellent hospitality and named staff), though one review reports unprofessional/inappropriate comments during breakfast; overall service is a strong positive.
Location
9.4
Many guests highlight the central, quiet location close to the Croisette and shops; repeatedly described as perfectly situated and convenient.
Room Quality
8.4
Several guests mention spacious, attractive rooms and terraces, but others note issues (dirty carpet, odors, windows not sealing, ongoing works), so room quality is generally good but with notable inconsistencies.
Amenities
8.7
Breakfast is repeatedly praised and parking is available and valued, but the spa received at least one negative mention and the underground garage is described as a bit tight.
Value for Money
8.1
Mixed signals: one guest explicitly called price/quality disappointing, while others felt parking and services were worth the cost; overall value is slightly below the property's general strengths.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast is described multiple times as excellent and generous; room service breakfast was also positively noted, making F&B a clear strength.
Overall Experience
10
Despite some cleanliness and isolated service incidents, the overwhelming sentiment is very positive—warm staff, great location, comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast lead many guests to state they would return.

Cocon douillet à 300m. de la Croisette
Pros:

Pros:

As usual, the staff in this hotel is its very best quality. They are genuinely warm, kind and welcoming. I wish all hotels were like this one, we always feel at home in this hotel and will gladly come back in the future. Also, the hotel itself is located in a charming, elegant setting, offers all the comforts a traveler would want and it is right in the heart of Cannes. There is a very good and well-priced parking very close to it, which makes the whole experience so much less stressful. Thank you again for your hospitality!

Cons:

Nothing.
