Location & quality great !
There were no AC working on one floor. It was extremly hot. Our two rooms was on different floors. The rooms smelled like mold.
Honestly, nothing. There was nothing about this hotel that we particularly liked.
Almost everything. We paid around €350 for one night, and the overall standard was absolutely nowhere near what you would expect for that price. The hotel felt poorly maintained and not particularly clean, and the room was extremely disappointing. The reception area was basically just a small desk and certainly did not give the impression of a €350 a-night hotel.
Breakfast was not included and cost an additional €22 per person for an extremely limited buffet with only a few basic items.
The location was also very inconvenient for us: the hotel is uphill and, as we were travelling on foot, getting to and from the centre of Cannes was a real hassle.
We understand that prices increase during the Cannes Yachting Festival, but €350 for this level of accommodation was simply unacceptable. By far one of the worst value-for-money hotel experiences we have ever had.

We are fully satsfied with this hotel. We had a very nice experience. Very clean, wonderful and quiet location, not far from the city center,, polite staff. We'll come back in our next trip in Cannes.
