Right after going to my room I ask for different one, it was just a bad. Ask for a refund

Smell, not clean, pillows didn’t even look comfortable. I didn’t even feel comfortable sitting on the bed.

The location was great easy access to all attractions

Cons:

The keys never work right the beds were very soft too soft and they had a dirty chair in the hotel room with stains all over it

The pool was nice, and the fact it was close to sir munchies pizza.

Cons:

The heavier set American lady's who worked the desk were both very rude and hostile towards customers and seemed offended if you asked them to do something for you. The room stank when we arrived like sewage and the bed sheets had hair on them. And the hot tub was down for maintenance.

Location was decent and had good lighting

Cons:

The hot tub was down should have been told this the room was dirty couldnt even shower mold in tub n grout. The refrigerator stunk badly couldnt use. The bed was super hard hurt my back worse.. for the price never again will stay here. The room furnace was dirty awful smell when using heat and curtains was ran thru the window screen was out and window door was opened 100x looking like a trap house. Smoke free room but stunk like smoke and yellow on walls.

I will never book Days inn again and especially not Milan, Ohio.
Pros:

There were ants that filled the wall. Moving under wall picture. Discovered this in the morning. After they woke myself and my nine year old son up. Told front desk and because I booked my room through booking.com the clerk did nothing about it. She apologized. Not monetary compensation NOTHING. She fill me to the room to say there was like pop or juice marks that the ants were after. As if I care. I had to actually say that we only had bottles of water inside our cooler. Inside the room period.

Cons:

The staff very unprofessional and rude. Eating greasy food at the desk dressed in dirty clothes she was just overall gross. Hidden fees only accepted in cash, I assume so there’s no provable record of. Random people not working at front desk just playing on cell phone with feet on desk.

Pros:

lots of parking

Cons:

had to get rooms keys re programmed several times, other door would not let us in with our keys, no guide for tv channels,
guests above us we loud. had to wait until 3 to check in, requested early check in at booking.
