Clean rooms

Only thing is this is the first Red Roof i stayed at that did not have breakfast. They just offered free coffee

Great stay

The room was dirty and I tried to get another room but I was told that there wasn’t one available! The surrounding area outside wasn’t clean either! I was truly disappointed with the stay there and I know that I would not ever spend another night there. I wouldn’t recommend staying there too anyone!

Nice and clean

The moment i pulled up it looked like a xrug den.. their were thugs on bicycles hang out,their were people at their door asking if i needed anything. The room had bugs in. And the worst part i didnt have enough money to rent another room

Hello, the service is terrible. I rented for a week because I'm working in this area and when I arrived in the afternoon to pay for the next week, they wanted to charge more money because I had to pay before 11 in the morning. That's why I changed hotels. I don't recommend it to anyone.

I arrived with a prepaid reservation but was told that I was just past her check-in time and that I would have to pay again and speak to the manager who would arrive at 8:00. I had to be a work an hour and a half away at 7. Remember this reservation was prepaid and this policy was not honest

I arrived for a prepaid reservation after a difficult trip which included the tire blew up and no ability to get roadside service. I was told I had arrived just after their check-in time and that I would have to pay again and take it up with the manager at 8 AM. I had to be at work at 7 AM. This is obviously dishonest customer service and apparently hotel policy

They gave me a first floor room. It smelled awful. When I returned to the office they gave me a second floor room that was better. I was very comfortable there.

The service was horrible. The room was…there were dead roaches in my and my daughter room. She actually was in my room and had to kill a roach crawling on the wall. Could not use the microwave in either room because they were dirty. Did not shower because tub was nasty and dirty. The refrigerator needed cleaned. The advertising of the hotel/room is not what we got. NEVER/EVER would recommend nor will I EVER go back. I ALWAYS use this site to book my hotels anywhere I go. The place NEEDS to be taken off of your site as choice. HORRIBLE!!!

Nothing don't be fooled by the online photos rooms are old and dirty sheets full of burnt holes walls awful tub nasty and TV don't work outside looks like the projects

Nice place.

Plaster should not be hanging from the ceiling and the tub mat should not be peeling, and the A/C should not sound like a washing machine and there should not br dirt coming out of light switches.

Don’t stay there

The rooms was nothing like in the pictures
Should be taken off hotels.com for false advertising it was ridiculous

It was ok but had noisy people staying next to me

The place was smelling. Stank..
Not clean. There was an odor
Had to disinfectant the room.
