Zero sleep due to the uncomfortable heat
Pros:

Location was perfect for us , near a tube station and fairly close to the west end .

Cons:

The air conditioning units hadn’t been commissioned therefore weren’t working . They supplied a tiny fan that merely blew hot air round the room , as you imagine in a heat wave this wasn’t acceptable. We would never have booked and paid in full prior to arrival if we’d been made aware the hotel had NO AIR CON .

Pros:

Destaco la amabilidad del personal y la ubicacion. Buen desayuno. Habia hielo, te, cafe, frutas y facturas disponibles todo el dia. Cama muy comoda. Habitacion pequeña pero muy bonita. Volveria!

Cons:

Habia aire acondicionado pero no estaba en funcionamiento y hacia un poco de calor (en julio). Habia un cartel que decia que proximamente estaria funcionando, asi que seguramente se estan ocupando de eso.

Over priced but great location
Pros:

The location and friendliness of staff
Breakfast was a great choice of fruit, milks, breads cereals, pastries juices and tea and coffee

Cons:

No aircon despite there being a sign to say it would be completed by spring 2026
They provided a small fan which was useless

Great. Would go there again.
Pros:

Good location. Lovely staff. Very clean. Air conditioned room. Nice breakfast. Good restaurants locally. Convenient for a Wembley stadium visit.

Zimmer war gemütlich, Personal freundlich

Cons:

Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, war aber ein Grund, warum ich das Hotel überhaupt ausgewählt habe.
Zimmer war hellhörig.
Frühstück war sehr simpel und ohne Abwechslung.
