Very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Excellent location for exploring London. The breakfast was very good and the bed was really comfortable. Being able to check in early for a small fee was a great bonus.

Pros:

Sauber, gute Betten, nettes Personal, gute Lage

Cons:

Zu wenig Aufhänge Möglichkeiten, keine Stühle oder Sessel im Zimmer. Das Putzpersonal hat nur die Betten und Tücher gemacht, jedoch nicht im Badezimmer den Boden gereinigt.

Vi fick ett litet och varmt rum där vi kunde sova i, okej frukost och trevlig personal.
Pros:

Frukosten var okej, äggen var väldigt hårdkokta. En vanlig frukost utan något utöver det vanliga. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam.

Cons:

Vi bodde på andra våningen och wifi’et var otroligt dåligt. Det var svårt att få kontakt och när vi väl fick kontakt så var det otroligt långsamt internet. Ingen fungerande AC (den installeras just nu och ska fungera från och med typ juli stod det på en lapp). Vi glömde kolla innan bokning om det fanns AC så där får vi såklart skylla oss själva. Rummet var väldigt litet och togs till 90% upp av sängen. Duschkabinen var väldigt liten.

Labai gera lokacija. Švaru ir tvarkinga. Registratūra dirba 24/7. Geri pusryčiai, kas rytą kepamos šviežios bandelės.

Cons:

Labai gaila, neveikė kondicionierius kambaryje, visą laimė, kad nebuvo labai karšta. Mūsų kambario langas buvo į gatvę, tai jo atidaryt nebuvo įmanoma net naktį…Tai tik toks trūkumas, kuris, tikiu bus sutvarkytas.

Pros:

The renovations they have done on the rooms is nice. Location was great. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast wasn’t too bad for being included in the price.

Cons:

The bedrooms are smaller than they appear in the images. The air conditioning is installed but it wasn’t useable, with the hot weather recently that was difficult to take! Beds were somewhat comfortable, sheets a little scratchy

Entgegen Angabe keine Klimaanlage, Zimmer völlig überhitzt, 40 Grad warm, Fenster konnte nur einen schmalen Spalt geöffnet werden, mussten mit dem Mülleimer die Zimmertüre nachts aufhalten, um etwas kühlere Luft vom Gang zu bekommen.
Sollte zum Zimmer zum Hof sein, war zur Straße, Sonnenseite.
Am heißesten Wochenende 2026.

Die Rezeption sollte 24/7 besetzt sein, wir mussten nachts länger warten und wiederholt klingeln um wieder eingelassen zu werden. Badezimmer winzig (Vergleich: Nasszelle Wohnmobil).

Positiv: Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Great location and so near to Baker Street tube station.
As we arrived early the lovely staff told us where to leave our bags and to help ourselves to a coffee and a croissant, nice touch. We had a compact twin room but the beds were really comfy, tea/coffee facilities good and a great shower. We were at a lower level so it was very quiet

Lovely stay, great location for concerts at Wembley.

Great location, clean room, friendly staff and lovely breakfast

Cons:

We visited in the middle of a heat wave. I was excited to see an air conditioning unit in the bedroom, but it was short lived when I saw a note on the wall saying it wasn’t operational yet. They did provide a fan though which helped.

I would not recommend and you should find another place.
Pros:

Convenient location. Didn't get disturbed during the night by any noise. Liked the breakfast drink options and the pain au chocolat, but nothing more comes to mind.

Cons:

The AC was not working and during this heat was unbearable. The bathroom was tiny and as I am 6ft8 was even smaller for me. Breakfast was basic with most being process meat or oven based to cook. For £200 for one night that I booked a week in advanced expected much better.
