Adoramos tudo!
Pros:

Viajamos em casal, minha segunda vez em Londres após 9 anos e foi sensacional. O hotel fica super bem localizado e perto demais da estação de metrô que dá acesso à vários pontos da cidade. Tem restaurantes, pubs e cafés por perto. O café da manhã é bom, o chuveiro ótimo e a cama muito confortável! O quarto é silencioso e o ar condicionado funcionou perfeitamente.

Cons:

Achamos o quarto um pouco pequeno, mas como fomos em duas pessoas e também ficávamos passeando quase o dia todo, isso não foi um problema.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, vicino a due fermate di metropolitana e a molti bus di superficie (praticamente ci siamo mossi sempre in autobus e non con la metropolitana). L'hotel ha un reception aperta 24h. Appena arrivati ci hanno offerto delle brioches, abbiamo lasciato i nostri bagagli in custodia.

Cons:

Le camere sono un po' piccole, ma pulite e accoglienti.

Pros:

Breakfast had a small choice, but just enough. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and pretty.

Prijs/kwaliteit en ligging is dit een zeer goed hotel.
Pros:

Het hotel is heel goed gelegen, kort bij Underground. De kamers waren netjes, de bedden goed. Personeel was zeer vriendelijke en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was voldoenden doch eerder sober. Maar al bij al is dit een prijs/kwaliteit goed hotel.

Cons:

Een stoel op de kamer zou handig zijn. Ook deur van de badkamer piepte, zou een druppeltje olie kunnen gebruiken.

L'emplacement et le personnel

Cons:

Le bruit. Les fenêtres sont du simple vitrage et donc entendait toute la circulation à toute heure (rue très fréquenté)

Great location and a nice change from the chain hotels.
Pros:

Great location close to Baker Street metro so very easy to get into central London.
Bathroom was exceptionally clean with very modern facilities.
Bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Bedroom was a little smaller than expected and it’s located in the basement floor of the building so we had almost no natural light from the window.
Reception staff on the desk don’t interact well they seem to be reluctant to engage and have their faces in the computer screens all the time.
No eye contact it felt very automated and clinical for a small hotel.
No welcoming smiles.
