Everyday same breakfast, ist problem.
Su ubicación y el trato del personal. Han sido muy amables y han tenido muy en cuenta alguna limitaciones que teníamos.
Quizá que el baño era muy pequeño, pero sinceramente, hay hoteles en Londres que ni siquiera tienen baño en la habitación, así que no supone tanto problema. Es cierto que no se puede abrir la ventana pero creo que es un tema de seguridad.

Very comfy rooms, aircon was a lovely addition during this hot summer, we even googled where the pillowcases were from as we had such a comfortable stay. Bathroom was lovely and breakfast had everything you needed for a day of exploring. Location was brilliant and close to catching the tube over to Wembley for an event. Staff were very helpful.

I would have enjoyed more cooked breakfast options such as bacon, fried or scrambled eggs, sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes etc.

Comfy bed, quiet room, clean, good lighting in bathroom, good water pressure in shower, great central area. Small but very comfortable room, we'd definitely stay here again.
I'd have loved some normal (non sweetened) yoghurt at breakfast. On the plus: there were several types of real and plant milks.

The room was snug but well finished and comfortable, the air conditioning was welcome! The breakfast had a lot of options and included fresh fruit (in our case, watermelon and kiwi), and it's located just a hop and skip from the lovely Regent's Park
The lift was old but well maintained

Location was perfect for us , near a tube station and fairly close to the west end .
The air conditioning units hadn’t been commissioned therefore weren’t working . They supplied a tiny fan that merely blew hot air round the room , as you imagine in a heat wave this wasn’t acceptable. We would never have booked and paid in full prior to arrival if we’d been made aware the hotel had NO AIR CON .
