Amazing room and breakfast
Pros:

The highlights were the breakfast, the staff and the size of the room, which was really comfortable. The staff helped us with the balloon ride booking and also with the shuttle, which turned our trip much more easier in terms of organization so this was quite nice as well. The communication was really good.

Our overall stay was disappointing due to several basic facility shortcomings:

Food & Service: We were informed in advance that the kitchen was under renovation and breakfast would be at the adjacent sister restaurant, but the breakfast provided was really poor and tasteless. Simple, low-effort amenities were also missing—such as obtaining ice for an evening drink on the balcony or accessing basic after-hours drink options.

Room Quality: The rooms were dark and had a damp/dank odour. The bathroom was poorly lit, and the bathtub did not work.

The friendly service doesn't fully make up for the lack of fundamental room comfort and basic guest conveniences.

Was amazing. Loved everything about the hotel. Very welcoming and lovely staff . Everyone was so nice at the hotel .

Was near everything . Shops ect cafes , restaurants.

Cons:

The swimming pool is too deep . They need to make a section for non swimmers.
