Pros:

Dès notre arrivé le personnel est au petit soin. L’hôtel est magnifique et très bien placé. Nous avions réserver des chambres supérieur avec terrasse privé, donc nous avions une vue magnifique depuis la terrasse et les chambres, c’était parfait. La literie est incroyable, le petit déjeuner copieux et extrêmement bon. Merci à l’équipe pour les petites attentions pour mon anniversaire ça fait plaisir. Je recommande les yeux fermé.

Lovely hotel great staff
Pros:

The hotel is in a really location, close to all the shops and restaurants. It's a very pretty hotel and the well kept and maintained. The staff were lovely and always helpful and polite. The decor of the rooms and reception area was great and the restaurant modern with good food and service. The roof terrace was fab and a great place to chill in the day or a must, to see the balloons in the morning.

Cons:

Now I'm going to be really picky as there were only minor things that needed attention. The shower head spirited out in odd directions, but they do supply shower caps and the pressure was a great. We also were put in a room on the road, which had a bar opposite playing load music till gone midnight. We only stayed there 1 night as when we complained they moved us straight away to a better room which was alot quieter.

A truly unique and unforgettable experience.
Pros:

We stayed in a cave room and the place is very nice and clean. The hotel has a nice viewing deck if you want to watch the hot air balloons in the morning. The staff are also very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

The only area for improvement would be the chairs inside the cave room. Their backrests are quite low, so when you lean back, your head rests directly against the rough cave wall, which can be a bit uncomfortable. Aside from this minor detail, our stay was excellent.

Highly recommended hotel
Pros:

The hotel and it's facilities are amazing, super friendly staff, a big breakfast variety, 1 minute walk from the main street in goreme, and most importantly it has a stunning view at night from the terrace. Very highly recommended!

Colazione molto interessante. Apprezzato spremuta arancia fresca e scelta dalla cucina di uova tra 4 opzioni, reparto dolce con qualche opzione, ma di base in turchia è sempre in secondo piano rispetto al salato. Camera Deluxe molto bella, ottimo letto. Carta cocktail da bere in terrazza piacevole. Non a caso è anche tra le più "care" in paese

Sarebbe stato bello oltre alla piscina e sauna avere spazio idromassaggio.

Pros:

Well positioned in the centre of Göreme. Easy to get around. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were attentive and friendly especially at breakfast. Compliments to Fatma.

Cons:

The shower had a wooden rack on the floor and I did not carry slopes. Not sure how hygienic that is. The bed was 2 beds put together which moved a bit causing you to sink in the middle.
