Room size was decent and location was good.
The room had paper cups for coffee and tea, unacceptable for a five-star hotel. The chair in the room was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. The electric kettle was placed where it had no socket to plug and had to be moved to the side table to heat up. The room cleaning was unacceptable. Maid did not replace cups or glasses. Breakfast room service was served on a tray with no place to keep in the room to eat and no salt or pepper served with eggs. We stayed in this hotel in 2019 and were very impressed so booked this time four rooms for the family but dissapointed.
Clean and rooms are beautiful. Very helpful with looking after luggage for us. Definitely recommend too others
Spa facilities
Location is fantastic and right opposite the US Embassy so you know you are going to be safe with the ever present Police presence outside. The location is close to the Spanish Steps (5min walk). The Spa is very personal and private, when you book it you and your spouse have the full spa and pool to yourself for 50 minutes which is a nice touch.
