Personeel lijkt bijna allemaal tegen hun zin te werken. Totaal ongeïnteresseerd in de klanten… geen uitleg of niets….
Dame bij ontbijt ronduit onbeleefd, du jamais vu….
Ontbijt wordt veel te traag aangevuld. Na een half uur wachten nog steeds geen confituur etc
3 persoonskamer, ruim, zou top kunnen zijn maar zetelbed is volledig doorlegen. Onmogelijk op te slapen… zonde… echt zonde … zorg op zijn minst voor een extra matras of topper…
Dit hotel heeft potentieel. Ze beseffen het alleen niet… of ze denken dat alles van zelf gaat????

Absolut entwürdigende Erfahrung.
Cons:

Vor unserer Anreise riefen wir an, ob man eventuell früher einchecken kann. Dies wurde verneint. Man sagte, dass die Check-In-Zeit um 15 Uhr sei. Einverstanden. Doch am Ende hat man uns gesagt, dass man erst um 19 Uhr einchecken könne, denn man sei überbucht und könne aktuell kein Zimmer zur Verfügung stellen. Der Hotel-Direktor stand nicht zur Verfügung für ein Gespräch und der Duty-Manager hat sich geweigert, mit mir persönlich zu sprechen.

Ageing hotel and staff, only surviving thanks to its prime location
Pros:

location of the hotel, very central; upgraded to a high floor with small terrace with table and chairs (which is always nice)

Cons:

front office/ check-in staff very inefficient, cleanliness of rooms debatable, no amenities, no water bottles or alternatives (awkward response given being delivery did not happen today - 3 days in a row!), rooms are small with very old furniture (except the beds), phonic insulation very poor (could hear the phone conversation of adjacent room...), etc.
