Hotel Castiglione’de 2 gece konakladım. Rezervasyonumu yaklaşık 1 ay önceden yapmış olmama rağmen yaşadığım deneyim tam bir hayal kırıklığıydı.

27.05.2026 tarihinde saat 13:00 civarında otele giriş yaptım. Bana odamın saat 15:00’te hazır olacağı söylendi. Ancak hiçbir şekilde yardımcı olunmadı ve odam zamanında hazırlanmadı. Üzerimi değiştirmek istediğimde bana sadece giriş kattaki tuvaleti kullanabileceğim söylendi. Böyle bir otel için bu yaklaşım kesinlikle kabul edilemez.

Daha sonra dışarı çıkıp yemek yedim ve saat 15:30’da geri döndüm. Buna rağmen odam hâlâ hazır değildi. Sürekli “10-15 dakika” denilerek bekletildim. Kendilerine saat 17:00’de Eyfel Kulesi için asansör biletim olduğunu ve geç kalacağımı söyledim. Saat 16:00 olmasına rağmen odam hâlâ hazır değildi.

Duruma tepki gösterince bana taksi çağıracaklarını ve ücretini karşılayacaklarını söylediler çünkü otel ile Eyfel Kulesi arası yürüyerek yaklaşık 45 dakikaydı. Ancak saat 16:30’da odayı aceleyle hazırladılar. Üzerimi değiştirip hemen çıktım fakat bu sefer de söz verdikleri halde taksi çağırmamışlardı. Son anda gelen bir taksi sayesinde zar zor yetiştik. Üstelik taksi ücretini de karşılamadılar.

Bunun dışında otelin hijyen durumu çok kötüydü. Odalar çok küçük, bakımsız ve kirliydi. Odada örümcekler vardı ve genel temizlik seviyesi kabul edilemezdi. Kahvaltı çeşitleri çok yetersizdi ve otelde neredeyse çalışan yoktu. Valiz teslimi bile aşırı yavaştı.

Tüm bu kötü deneyim için 2 geceye yaklaşık 800€ ödedik. Bu fiyat karşılığında alınan hizmet kesinlikle kabul edilemez. Booking gibi büyük bir platformun bu seviyedeki otelleri bünyesinde bulundurması üzücü.

Ben çok mağdur oldum. Gelecek müşterilerin de aynı mağduriyeti yaşamaması için bu şikayetimin dikkate alınmasını istiyorum.

Kahvaltısı ve konumu çok iyi, executive oda rezerve ederek gittik, ilk gün çok ufak 2 yataklı ve banyo kapısı bozuk bir oda verildi sonrasında bizi taşıdılar daha büyük ve 3 yataklı odamıza geçtik. Genel olarak memnun ayrıldık

Cons:

Aircondition i det ene rum virkede ikke og blev først fikset dagen efter, hvilket var forfærdeligt i plus 30 grader.
Det samme rul var først klar en time for sent ved ankomsten
Puderne var meget hårde
