Welcoming, quirky, and comfortable motel in a great location near campus.
Pros:

Loved our short stay at Basecamp! Will definitely choose to stay there again. Staff was great! Liked the room. Loved the location. So close to campus but also felt like we were in a quiet, little neighborhood.

Cons:

Shower could be improved but totally understand that renovations take time and money. All the other renovations and updating looks great!

Cons:

The AC was on, loud, and with no way to adjust it. Parking was limited, we had to park at the check in space, away from our room.

Super fun place to stay in the perfect location!
Pros:

The activity center was super fun! We played ping pong, board games, and corn hole, just to name a few. The staff is super friendly. The have happy hour with wine and beer. The room is big. Super close to UC Boulder.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn’t quite up to par. Cracked tile, leaky faucet, no soap at the sink.

Nice, but the property needs some TLC

Great concept and location. Good value and a nice staff

Cons:

It’s just kinda tired. The hallways and parts of the common areas hadn’t been swept in ages. Made the place look slovenly. The lighting in the rooms was HORRIBLE. Super bright LED lighting is painful. I’ve stayed at BASECAMP before and like the brand, but this property really needs some detailing and TLC

Quirky, warm, fun and welcoming environment - great coffee, very friendly people, fantastic location.

Cons:

Nothing I didn't like - it's not a luxury hotel so if that's what you're looking for then this wouldn't necessarily be the right fit but if you're looking for quiet, clean, friendly and pleasant, it's great.
