Pros:

Very good location. 24/7 reception. Water coffee and tee available at all times. Laundry room. Parking spots available.

Cons:

Be aware that the airport is nearby. Have earplugs ready.

Close to airport

Cons:

Mattress was not comfortable. Leaks in building. Bathroom was so small had to turn sideways between the toilet and shower to reach the vanity. No light above the vanity.

The hotel is beautifully designed with a wonderful relaxed atmosphere and vibe.
The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

The noise was a bit of an issue for us. When booking, we overlooked the fact that the property sits right next to the Hilo Airport. While airplane noise stopped overnight, incoming planes are well heard during the day.
Additionally, the Big Island's resident Coqui frogs are very active on the grounds. A few of them were around our room which was located next to the pool, and their distinctive loud calls lasted into late evening.
