Great place to stay on a budget. Rooms were super clean and comfortable
Pros:

It was super nice for the price. Staff was pretty nice and room was clean.

Cons:

When staff was asked questions about the bar located in the building they responded in a rude manner so we apologized and walked off.

It was a good hotel overall, it was very close to Carowinds and it was pet friendly.

It was very close to Carowinds, which was the reason for my stay.

The breakfast kept running low both mornings I was there, seemed like they weren’t able to keep up with the demand.

Elevator was not working, the Hyatt sent me emails saying I could have free cancelations and a refund I waited a few days and called back. The elevator was still down, so canceled before my reservation. But I checked my credit card and I haven't been refunded. So I called the Hyatt a lady told me that the manager wasn't there to call tomorrow. My reservation date was August 8th. When I talked to the manager August 29th she told me I had to talk with Booking.com because it's a third party but emails from Hyatt about the free cancelations and refund are on the my Booking.com app. Anyway I haven't received my refund.

My stay was good overall.
Pros:

Everything, it was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. My friend forgot her purse in the room after we checked out and they were very nice about getting it back.

The elevators were broken the entire stay. Everyone had to take the stars. Also I saw bugs in the room.
