My stay was good overall.
Pros:

Everything, it was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. My friend forgot her purse in the room after we checked out and they were very nice about getting it back.

A brief and neat stay

Cons:

Construction was being done so no elevators were working. Had to walk up to the 6th floor the whole weekend. Asked for a discount, for the inconvenience, and was told no. I picked this hotel because they had the best looking pool around (based on pictures). The pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while and was in need of a good cleaning.

El trato del personal muy amable y servicial. El desayuno incluía varias opciones que me gustaron.

Cons:

Detalles que aún no estaban disponibles por la remodelacion como los elevadores fuera de servicio. La alberca solo estuvo abierta uno de los cuatro dias que nos hospedamos.

The breakfast was delicious! Room was very clean and spacious. BIG TV! Nice exercise room.

Cons:

Elevators not working, but they told us about that before hand. The pillows on the bed could have been a bit bigger, but the mattress was perfect.
