Had a bug on our bed and the elevators where down ! Wasn’t worth the price for one night dealing with elevators in a bug on our bed !

Probably won’t book again.
Cons:

I just feel like they should’ve communicated better about the elevator and renovations. It should have been a phone call made to everyone at least or a text. I didn’t know until I got there bc the email was in my spam. No microwave in the room and the room could’ve been a little more cleaner. We only stayed one night and had to reach out the same now for more towels and cloths. Also the bedding needs to be replaced I forget to get a pic but it looked very moldy we ended up using small blankets we brought alone.

The layout was nice

Cons:

The property itself was fine but they texted me a day before my arrival explaining that they were doing renovations and that the elevator and other amenities wouldn’t be working. But it was such short notice that I couldn’t find another place. Feel like it’s pretty messed up to wait that long cause I know they had been under renovation for at least a couple weeks prior to when they sent the message. Didn’t offer a discount or anything for the major inconvenience. It was clearly done intentionally to not let me know sooner knowing most people would cancel

Room wasn’t really clean when we arrived floor was dirty and there were still dirty rags on the counter when we arrived. The elevator was down due to renovations and we had to use the stairs each time we went to our room on the fourth floor.

Pros:

Renovations occurring on the lobby and all first floor areas. I didn’t know this when I booked. Saw it when I looked on my app to check in. Was told elevators were also broken when I arrived and that I could cancel but was 9:00pm and I didn’t have time to find something else. Had to ask for coffee for my room and front desk said they didn’t know where it was and that was a housekeeping issue and they were gone. After a minute she called her manager and brought 1 pod of coffee. Breakfast was sad. Had to hunt down housekeeping to get toilet paper and towels. The halls stunk like mildew or were musty. The room was clean at least. Worst hotel stay ever. Was told I’d get 5000 points for the inconveniences. Still haven’t seen the points. Would not recommend, maybe better once the renovations complete.
