Fine, except for the elevator.

Elevator was broken when we arrived, and our room was on the 4th floor. They gave us free water bottles and some extra loyalty points, but this was pretty inconvenient.

The place is getting old & needs an upgrade just a bit.
Cons:

The elevator been out for weeks. The shower heads are all old. The bed was so uncomfortable it is old and mushy. The cleaning lady was so loud talking in her language in the dining area at 8:30 am with her phone on FaceTime and speaker. Speaking Spanish. Everyday. Just rude. The facilities are going down. Getting older. Need updates. Everything is braking. From beds to showers and you can tell they didn’t change bedding.

Those Stairs was tiring and needed to have someone working on them to fix them while we stayed all weekend

Carrying all our stuff up to the 6 Floor wasn’t our idea of a great stay.

Elevator Malfunction
Pros:

The staff was great. The room was very nice. It surprised me after seeing the lobby. The room looked like it was updated and was very roomy.

Cons:

Upon arrival there were 10-12 individuals needing to check in. No clean rooms available. Elevator was broken. Only steps available throughout the entire visit. Breakfast wasn't able to keep up with the demand. No blow dryer in our room.
