Cons:

The hotel wasn't a good value. The room.was small with no microwave and the bathroom was exceptionally small. Two people couldn't fit in there at the same time.

The room was nice and comfortable

Cons:

Due to ongoing construction at the hotel, the elevators were not working. This should have been clearly disclosed on the Booking.com listing before I made my reservation. Had I known, I would have chosen a different hotel.

Because the elevators were out of service, I had to carry my belongings up the stairs to my room. There was also a significant amount of dust from the construction, which made the stay less comfortable. Greater transparency about the construction and its impact on guests would have been appreciated.

Pros:

Not much to be honest very disappointed in the overall

Cons:

The left was out of service and will be for the foreseeable future, renovation works being carried out meaning half of the facilities not available and very very poor customer service with the reception. Room keys canceled at 10am for a 12pn check out, bedding with holes all over, washing facilities below standard for any hotel. Overall a severe disappointment

Pros:

Sadaka,phillilp are the receptionist and they were pleasantly knowledgeable and helpful. Tricie and Eddie in the kitchen Always kept the food stocked and clean. Tricie was so nice and to to guest. She treated you like family.

The stay didn't happen but the experience was still terrible.

There was not much of an experience to like. Did not get to see much of the place.

Cons:

Booked the room two weeks in advance of a youth track meet my kids were participating in. Got there at about 10pm to check in, was met with lines to the door. Once I got to the desk, I was informed that the elevators were out and had been out for over a week and the only open rooms left in the style that I booked were on the top 2 floors (6 floor building). When I asked why was this not communicated before check-in, I was told they did not have my email address even though I was contacted for seemingly everything else leading up to check-in day. When asked if I could just get a different style room on a lower floor, because walking up and down 6 flights of stairs would not be ideal for my kids that had to run in a track meet that weekend, I was rudely told that there are no other room types available. Mere seconds later, I heard the employee checking the couple in beside me tell them that they could take a different room option that was available on the first floor. As I was was speaking with my wife and looking for other hotel options, I overheard the same person that just told me there were no lower floor options available, tell the next couple after me that there was a room available on the third floor. We left and found another stay down the road. Will never attempt to stay at this location again.

Great stay
Pros:

the hotel was exactly as pictured. the rooms were beautiful the staff was super helpful and welcoming. I came in town for a concert and the location was just under 20 minutes from everywhere i decided to visit. the overall hotel was nice, the pool was clean and so were the rooms. However the elevator were broken which lead to having to use the stairs for the duration of the trip. My only issues i personally encountered was the stairwell it reeked of pee and cigarettes. also i was placed in the incorrect type of room i booked for a king room & was placed in a double room. Due to not wanting to hike back down 6 flights of stairs with 2 large luggages i just kept the room given.

The elevator was out and I had to take a room that I really didn't want and they said they was gone to give me a free room my next go around they were supposed to send a voucher and they did not I was very disappointed

It is very clean and breakfast is included. You do have to pay $50 deposit

The elevator is down and has been for a month so be aware if you have a disability. We didn't know until check-in.

I would not stay here again
Pros:

The breakfast was good

Cons:

All of the elevators in the building were out of order. We stayed on the fourth floor and had to walk up and down the stairwells.
Our room had a musty smell and was definitely not cleaned properly. There were multiple eyelash extensions in different areas of the room that obviously had not been cleaned properly. Disgusting🤢🤢🤢🤢
