Camere inghesuite,fara balcoane si faptul ca puteai folosi liftul doar daca aveai cartela camerei.

-Kolacja w restauracji to największa kulinarna porażka od długiego czasu, 20 EUR za zimnego burgera z marchewką…
-Na trzy windy działała jedna
-Mętna woda w basenie zniechęcająca do użytku,
-Wybrałem hotel ze względu na parking a po kilku dniach od opłacenia rezerwacji dostałem informację że jest płatny 6000 HUF za dobę
Bardzo miła obsługa w hotelu, zarówno recepcja, obsługa hotelowa czy barmani w hotelowym barze. Ponadto było bardzo czysto - w pokoju świeża pościel, czyste ręczniki oraz ogólny stan pokoju i łazienki. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra.
Pierwszy minus trafia za zepsute uchwyty na ręczniki w łazience, zepsute niektóre wieszaki w szafie.
Drugi za za małą szybę pod prysznicem, przez co podczas korzystania łazienka jest cała zalana oraz słuchawka prysznicowa, która się rozkręca podczas wyjmowania z uchwytu.
Trzeci minus za parking, który miał wynosić 15 euro za dobę, a przy wymeldowaniu cena końcowa w euro jest zależna od kursu danego dnia (tym samym zapłaciłam 17 euro).
Czwarty minus za śniadanie, które owszem jest zróżnicowane, ale niestety niedobre. Zarówno sery, wędliny, gotowe - podgrzane gofry czy kawa, która jest okropna.
Piąty NAJWIĘKSZY minus za strefę basenową. Woda wyglądała na średnio świeżą, była bardzo zimna - po 10 minutach spędzonych w basenie gorący prysznic był przyjemnością. Woda w basenie może mieć taka temperaturę, jeśli jest to basen do pływania dystansowego, a tutaj jest mowa o basenie rekreacyjnym. Jedna sauna miała 40 stopni co jest absurdem, a druga po otwarciu drzwi obrzydziła na tyle zapachem, że szybciej zamknęłam drzwi niż je otworzyłam.

Brudne wykładziny, kiepski stan techniczny pokoju i łazienki. Filiżanki do kawy brudne, zakurzone.
La colazione è stata eccezionale. Ottima, abbondante e varia ogni oltre aspettativa. La camera era silenziosa, ottimamente climatizzata e abbastanza confortevole, anche se non molto grande per quattro persone. Ottima la possibilità di rifornirsi di acqua potabile ad ogni piano. L'hotel non centrale ma è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici, con fermate di tram e pullman di linea a pochi minuti.
Il bagno era piuttosto piccolo e la cosa strana è la presenza della tazza del water in una stanzetta separata dal resto dei sanitari (e purtroppo mancava il bidet, come in molti altri hotel fuori dall'Italia). La cosa negativa, però, era la lentezza di sgorgo del lavabo.
Hotel abbastanza comodo per raggiungere il centro, camere pulite ma la nostra era un po' piccola per quattro persone. Abbiamo apprezzato molto che c'erano distributori di acqua gratuita

Basen położony troszkę w korytarzu , mało atrakcyjny pokoje utrzymane w standardzie sieci jednak hotel swoje lata świetności ma już za sobą :)
Wykładziny i kanapa wymagają już raczej wymiany
Śniadanie ok , ale słabsze niż w innych obiektach sieciówki
