Good location to ferry.
Pros:

Front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. Great location close to ferry.

Cons:

Average property. Pretty old and run down. Breakfast below average and staff was very unfriendly and obviously didn’t enjoy her job.

Pros:

Pretty decent room. Felt clean and updated. Comfortable.

Cons:

Beach area was poorly maintained and price was 3 times what I paid at a nicer place later in the week. It was a holiday weekend though, so that's a factor. Railing on the balcony felt like it was one bad lean away from falling right off.

The stay was adequate and the staff was very helpful.
Pros:

The room was good, comfortable, and had a nice view. Breakfast was good for the hotel's price range. The location is convenient.

Several LEDs on things in the room were so bright that I felt they needed to be covered.

Cons:

Shower head is way too low (been like that for the 7+years we've been staying here, front desk person was a little rude rude/difficult when I asked for some extra towels because I knew we'd need them early the next day.

Good and clean
Pros:

On the water - view was lovely. Room was clean - bed was great no creaking or taco. Big the room was big.. 2nd floor was really ground level.

Cons:

Hard for them to control but they have a laminated sheet in the room that says to keep the balcony door/window closed or you will run over from bugs — they ain’t joking folks - think about it nighttime on the water and the light is in your room yup the glass was full of bugs wanting to come in

Great location, awesome views of the lake
Pros:

The location is excellent! It's right on the water and views were gorgeous at sunrise and sunset.

Cons:

There were not enough pillows for everyone to have two to sit up in bed to watch TV. We had 4 people and only 6 pillows. We asked for more pillows and were told they only give 6 pillows per room. Also there is no housekeeping unless you ask for it. I feel like after staying there more than 2 days housekeeping should at least check on you to make sure you don't need anything.

Very old property, disappointing from the outside, to the cleanliness, and condition of the place.
Pros:

The room is very spacious.

Cons:

This property is very old and needs desperate attention. The staff is great, and tried to assure us that the owner is working on updating the place, but it is not anyplace I would stay again.
