Clean, late night restaurant, easy check in and check out, location was great in airport
Location was great - super handy for my early flight next morning! Dex in the VIP lounge went above and beyond in service, so I would have an enjoyable evening there, accommodating my GF's needs and arranging food for my room the next day for a quick breakfast. Other staff in the lounge were wonderful, friendly as well.
A bit disappointed with the pool/hot tub ambience - thought it would be a bit more upscale and bright. In the end, decided not to use for those reasons.
Location!!
Room was not very clean. The sheets were not freshl ( looked used), dust and small litter outside door and under furniture.

The Hotel is pristine. Truly first class experience.
I found the restaurant staff in the Evening to be rude and in a constant rush prioritising groups and drinkers, making myself an individual wanting to dine at the restaurant to feel like an after thought. Many times I flagged over staff at the bar & waiters but no one could give me a moment of their presence. The bar manager was also directly rude when asking for a coffee in the evening. I really was not impressed by the service.
The morning staff were great, I must say and I love you serve Starbucks. The cleanliness and energy of the property is truly top class and I love how you have areas for guests to lounge & the furnishings of the entire place is so cozy, yet perfectly modern and high tech! The finishings are great!

As an aviation enthusiast the views of the airport were excellent.
Staff were friendly and offered extended checkout time, for a minimal fee, due to an evening departure time instead of paying for an extra night.
Super convenient location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was lovely.
