Cons:

Being charged more than booking.com quoted me at the time of booking. Price given was £512. Actual price charged was over £560 which included a bar bill of $42 CAD. I have raised this with the hotel and they just quote the room rate of $512 CAD per night and are unwilling to honour the original quote

Cons:

awful room handicap room huge cold and not what i expected - incredibly slow desk clerk. Another person came after me and was out of there long before me. Both of us had pre-booked. I arrived at 12:30 and had 4 hours to sleep.

Opção para hospedar no aeroporto.
Pros:

Hotel luxuoso, localizado no terminal 3 do Aeroporto.

Cons:

Achei o café da manhã que foi incluído na reserva muito fraco. Não é buffet.

It was a short but pleasant stay over very conveniently in the airport for our 6:00AM flight.
Pros:

The reception was easy, the staff very helpful and pleasant

Cons:

The restaurant looked fine, but I suspect that I didn't have gluten free pizza as affirmed when ordered and delivered. the crust was fluffy which is not at all usual for GF bread. The next two days I had digestive issues common when I have eaten gluten.
