Nice location the furniture is really old and worn out .. lamp shade was torn
Location, breakfast and happy hour.
First room a/c didn’t work. Second room a/c only got down to 71. Hotel and rooms were rundown.
We stayed at this hotel during the weekend of July 17–19, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing.
From the time we checked in, the air conditioner in our room did not work, and there was no hot water. We reported both issues to the front desk, but were told there was no maintenance staff on site to address the problems.
After returning from Disneyland on Saturday evening, the hotel parking lot was full. We were forced to pay $50 to park at another hotel. When I spoke with Megan at the front desk, she casually said, "Oh, you could've parked in the red zone tonight." That was not an acceptable solution. I was not willing to risk having my vehicle ticketed or towed.
To make matters worse, housekeeping never serviced our room during our stay. Spending an entire weekend without air conditioning, without hot water, without housekeeping, and with no meaningful assistance from the staff is completely unacceptable.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. The staff was unhelpful, and the lack of basic amenities made our stay miserable. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.
For being a Hilton hotel this location happens to be the worst. The hotel is old and needs major fixing. Where do I even begin. Our room was horrible, it was extremely stuffy and smelled like mold, and the ac wasn’t working. The bathroom shower wouldn’t drain, the toilet would turn off just ran all day and night. The floors were stained and the walls looked like they painted on top of rust. The door lock was broken and the cabinet with sink was molded and swollen, and missing handles and nails were used to keep it together. The entry to the hotel smelled like smoke and there was roaches running from one side to the other and to top it off, there was no parking available and we had to literally park in the hotels main entrance. We will never be staying here again. I am so disappointed with Hilton, I should have just stayed at a motel 6 and might have had a better experience.
Very bad rooms and very unclean
There was a restaurant connected.
There was no air-conditioning for five days. The place was filthy dirty with cockroaches. They had no cleaning of the room service. We could not get fresh towels, so we went and purchased our own. The Wi-Fi was out. They shut the water off completely for one day.
Nothing to like no A/C, had to cancel reservations and be refunded.
No A/C, hot! Cancel reservations and be refunded.
Everything was great
I loved everything
Room was clean, staff was really nice. Breakfast was great
The room where I stayed the first night had bed bugs my dad got bit..They transfer me to a better room and said that they will refund me one night and nothing yet :(
I stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Santa Ana Orange County for a week in March while visiting my father, who was in the hospital. The last thing I needed was a hotel that made a stressful week worse, but that is exactly what this place did.
The problems started on arrival. The AC in my first room did not work, so I was moved to another room. The door on that second room looked busted, like it had been broken into at some point. Not exactly reassuring when you're coming and going at all hours to sit at a hospital. The room phone did not work the entire stay. The room itself was old, dirty, and rundown, nothing close to what the Embassy Suites name implies.
Because the phone was dead, I had to physically go down to the front desk for everything. I never received housekeeping a single time during a week-long stay, despite going down and asking repeatedly. When I asked for towels, I was promised they'd be sent up, and they never were. I had to walk down and grab them myself, over and over. I complained to the front desk more than once. Every time I got an apology and nothing else.
At checkout, the front desk manager, Latisha, promised me a refund of my Hilton points to make up for the week. That promise turned out to be worthless. I called every single week to follow up. Latisha kept deferring to her supervisor, Mercy. When I finally reached Mercy, she told me to stop calling and said they would let me know when the points were refunded. They never did.
In June, I called again to explain that my father had passed away and that I now had to travel back to the area to make funeral arrangements. I asked, simply, for the points they had already promised me. Instead of helping, they avoided me and sent me to voicemail.
This is appalling. Not just the condition of the hotel, but the behavior, the attitude, and the string of empty promises. I gave this staff every chance to do the right thing and they chose not to, even after learning I'd lost my dad. Book somewhere else.

Parking is horrible. Check in was not easy. Our room was super hot and lights were not working. They sent a maintenance guy to check things out. He found that the air vent was blocked off and fixed it. Changed a light bulb. And answered several questions about the hotel/services, etc. He was awesome! The made to order omelets were amazing.
See comment above. I ended up not being able to check in, until 730 or 8pm. After dragging all my stuff up to the 10th floor, I opened my room, no lights. No air. I was sweating. Trying to figure out what was going on, only made me more frustrated. I tried calling front desk. No answer. I called the actual number several times and no answer. I had to go back down to the front desk to ask why they dont answer the phones and why my room is so hot. Check in was a nightmare as i was sweating my *** off. Finally a maintenance guy came up and fixed it all. He even brought me a box fan. He was the real champ of this horrible check in experience.
Very clean.
