Loved everything from the lady (with the curly hair) (forgot her name) in the front desk. She was very helpful to the ladies in the breakfast area. Will definitely come back!
I love that the rooms are big and have a lot space ,and most of the staff were very friendly and helpful .
What I didn’t like was the rooms floor I t was nasty , it looks like they never mop ,and also one of the staff didn’t help at all , when I ask for help if I can get a towel to clean the table in the breakfast area and she came with an attitude saying that that’s not her job , she do dishes and can’t help me because she’s stressed

I always enjoy the suite with the TV and coffee maker, etc. in the front room, separate from the sleeping area. Of course, the complementary breakfast is excellent. The staff is solicitous and friendly.

Location.
First, the cleanliness of the room was well below basic standards, and to make matters worse, we found bugs in the bathroom. Second, the doors were not secure, which made us feel unsafe throughout our stay.Finally, when we simply asked the staff for extra towels, we were told they couldn't provide any.

The amenities were nice I loved the cooked to order breakfast
Customer service was not good. The front desk never answered calls from the room, staff came in while we were gonna go clean the room but didn’t restock towels, I had go down to the desk to ask for fan, towels, and linens. Elevators 3/5 were broke the second day. Only 2 luggage racks for the the whole hotel. Doors hardly worked and most of the time didn’t close all the way you had to pull the door hard to ensure they latched .

Shower in the room leaked. Main area was very warm but having water out was great! Room Thermostat not working. Bed lumpy.
This hotel is well set up for families and groups traveling together. Our group (2 adults, teenager) fit well in the suite, with some measure of privacy for all. Breakfast was great and easy to manage, although slightly crowded at times.
It's slightly chaotic and things got missed in the rush - some days, our room was not cleaned, we asked for bedding so the sofa bed could be used and it was not provided, when we finally got bedding, it was inadequate and we had to borrow from local family members.
