I enjoyed my stay up until that point and was only compensated for one night stay after I paid for two nights stay.

After dropping my phone behind the bed, I found BLACK mold on the wall where my head rested.

Cons:

We are believers in GOD we prayed before we left our room only to hear and see some seance or chanting with candles. We see 7 people in a circle sitting and praying another language. I did tell the front office that this should not be allowed in a space we paid for and no one could do anyhting. Blew my mind. This should not be allowed

Our time with the embassy of Milpitas was like most of our embassy stays and that was excellent.
Pros:

Was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful and polite.

Cons:

The knob on the shower valve fell off. Alan screw needed tightening. Just put it back on and was careful. Looked like the tub possibly had been painted? The couch was worn.

It was lovely food was good room had some carpet stains bit otherwise I enjoyed it

Beautiful clean

Cons:

The pool was way too loud and I almost passed out from the fumes need ventilation for sure. Also, why isn’t there adult only time where we can relax without 20 screaming kids. Or have separate pool area for adults

Family friendly hotel that makes travel easy!
Pros:

Property was clean, the room was spacious, we were able to check in remotely including choosing our room. Breakfast was fantastic every day and the staff are very pleasant.

Spacious rooms and the pool was a nice temperature.

Cons:

The room needed the floors cleaned, and the bathroom needed a little more wipe down. The pool ran out of towels, and it took a while to get some delivered.

Smiking front desk. Clean modern room. Comfortable beds. Details in decor. Large TV. Good breakfast!
Didnt use the pool but its pretty.
Got extra towels no problem.

Location and breakfast and atrium.

Cons:

Bathroom shower leaked onto the floor. Floorboards dusty and dirty. Could hear people in atrium late at night talking loudly.
