The property was modern and warm. The decor and interior are beautiful. We were too far from downtown and other tourist areas.

It is newly renovated — has nice bedding, shower, and rooms.

Property was full of details, large and well put together. The design and thought into everything was well seen. Rooms are spacious and beautiful and full of comfort

I like the open area with green grass. I saw another family play ruby and soccer ball there. The fire pits are great place to warm yourself after returning from a night out. The smell from the cleaning agents were a bit strong when we first arrived.

The jacuzzi and pool were perfectly heated, which was lovely. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, the rooms were huge, and the whole stay was absolutely incredible. Highly recommend!

This hotel is a old Embassy Suite hotel that was just renovated. Great rooms , pool, and grounds. Close to downtown Napa.
Several rooms have fire pits and some rooms have nice sitting areas . Bathrooms new and modern with many conveniences. Deborah at front desk was incredibly helpful and needs to be recognized. She treated us like Hilton Diamond members, the rest of reception staff not as much! Would return in a heart beat!

I stayed one night, arriving Friday a little before check-in. The front desk staff was very kind and let me check in early since my room was ready.

The hotel entrance is very welcoming, with staff opening the doors as you enter. The front desk is right there, and to the left there’s a bar and lounge area that seems especially nice in the evenings, along with a coffee machine. The hotel itself is very charming.

The elevators are in the center. To the left is a courtyard surrounded by rooms, and to the right is a large pool and Jacuzzi, also surrounded by guest rooms. It’s a two-story hotel, and the ground-floor rooms have balconies with fire pits. I was offered one for an extra charge but declined since I wasn’t planning to spend much time at the hotel.

Next to the pool is a good-sized restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. My room was on the second floor. When entering, there’s a sitting area with a coffee bar and TV, followed by the bathroom and then the bedroom. The bedroom view wasn’t great (parking lot and highway), so I kept the curtains closed.

The room itself felt upgraded. The bed was very comfortable, the closet was a good size, and the bathroom was impressive with a large shower and a separate toilet area. The toilet was high-tech, the lid opened automatically and had wash and dry settings with temperature control, which was a fun touch.

The vanity area was slightly disappointing because the mirrors weren’t properly cleaned and had streaks. However, the Dyson hairdryer was a great surprise! I hadn’t planned to wash my hair but ended up doing it just to try it.

Overall, I had a very nice stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and there seemed to be plenty of them around, which was great. However, for the price and the luxury level they aim for, I expected a few more amenities like toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, shaving kit, and slippers or flip-flops, especially since they have a pool. Unfortunately, they said they don’t provide those.

I asked about a spa and was told they’re planning to add one in the future. The gym looked nice, although I didn’t get a chance to try it this time. I would definitely consider coming back, hopefully by then they’ll have the spa as well.

Our stay here was great! They recently remodeled and it’s very nice. What made it exceptional was the staff. I wish I could remember the front desks staff’s name that helped and the valet the helped us when arrived as they went above and beyond assisting us. Spencer and Eddy were the two that assisted us in our departure and they were great! My partner is looking to come back to bring his staff since he liked it so much and the price is good here.
