We did not arrive until 1.30 in the morning, when we arrived at the room it stunk of sour milk. the smell from the fridge in the room was awful. we did not complain because we had children with us and of time of arrival.and they needed to get into bed. we left as soon as we woke, out of all the staff we interacted with only one was friendly and polite. maybe you should check room 107 for the smell

We have stayed at Novotel Birmingham a few times and always a nice experience, had a meal in the restaurant this evening and served by Kritika loverly polite and helpful lady, nicely explained the specials and the menu. Nice and attentive staff.
