Die Betten waren furchtbar, fanden wir alle. Bin morgens mit extremen Rückenschmerzen wach geworden . Das Kopfteil geht nach unten und das Fußteil in die Luft ,wenn man sich in das Bett legt

Cons:

Rechnung intransparent. Habe vor Ort die Parkgebühren hinzugebucht. Ziehe ich vom Gesamtpreis die auf der Rechnung ausgewiesenen Parkgebühren ab, wurde mir 52 Euro Zuviel berechnet. Die Rechnung sieht sehr steueroptimiert aus Hotelsicht aus.

Und dass der Umwelt zuliebe nur jeden 2. Tag die Zimmer gereinigt werden, ist ebenfalls ein billiger Trick die eigene Kosteneinsparung den Kunden zu verkaufen.

Zweckmäßiges Stadthotel in guter Qualität und zentral gelegen
Pros:

Ein wirkliches Großhotel mit zahllosen Zimmern und Gästen. Dafür waren Check-in check-oput, Frühstück und die Abendbar erstaunklich gut organisiert. Auch der Hoitelparkplatz for dem Haus, ja die ganze Hotelvorfahrt war völlig problemlos gestaltet, da hatten wir schon größere Probleme den WAgen zum Einchecken stehen zu lassen. das Zimmer funktional, im TV sogar Sky-Sender aufgeschaltet, WLAN problemlos und die Lage direkt am Großmarkt zentral. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, wer hier nichts findet, muss über den eigenen Geschmack nachdenken. Zmmer und Bad zweckmäßig wie bei allen Hotelketten dieser Peisklasse.

Cons:

Das Personal braucht noch eine Fortbildung in Höflichkeitsfloskeln. Keine einziger Mitarbeiter brachte einen Grußüber die Lippen, bevor nicht de gast grüßte - da stimmt etwas nicht. Wenn alle Mitarbeiter vom Room-Keeping bis zum Portier am Gast vorbeischauen, um keinen Kontakt ohne direkte Ansprache aufnehmen zu müssen, sollte man mal in anderen Ländern Nachhilfe nehmen.
