Lohnenswerter Besuch!
Pros:

Besonders gut hat uns die Lage und das frische und vielfältige Frühstück gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist in maritimen Stil und mordern eingerichtet. Ein Hingucker ist der Eingangsbereich und die Bar. Der Service war top!

Cons:

Einen kleinen Minuspunkt vergeben wir, da nur auf einer Seite der Betten eine Steckdose war - aber das eher ein Luxusproblem ;)

Schönes Hotel
Pros:

Wir wollten zum Harry Potter Theater und hatten deshalb das Mercure ausgesucht, da es in der Nähe ist. Das Hotel ist schön eingerichtet und die Zimmer sauber. Die Schränke als Containernachbau waren schick anzusehen, aber nicht leise zu öffnen oder zu schließen.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal (auch mehrere Rentner) sehr nett.

Cons:

Das Zimmer lag zur Straße und war daher recht laut, aber für zwei Nächte in Kauf zu nehmen.
Leider waren nur in der Minibar zwei Flaschen Wasser. Eine kostenlose wäre schön gewesen bei 28Grad

Schönes Hotel für Besuche des Theaters am Großmarkt
Pros:

Sehr schönes geräumiges Zimmer. Bequeme Betten. TOP Lage, wenn man das Theater am Großmarkt besucht

Cons:

ÖPNV Anbindung zu unserem Besuchszeitpunkt nicht optimal. Bushaltestelle wurde aufgrund von Baustelle verlegt. Da kann man dann gleich bis zum Hauptbahnhof laufen (ca. 1,2 km entfernt). Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

Sehr freundliches Service Personal. Gutes umfangreiches Frühstücksbüffet. Nettes Ambiente.
Grosse Zimmer.

Cons:

Ich persönlich fand die Aufteilung im Bad etwas ungünstig da sich das WC hinter der Tür in einer Niesche befand (Superior Doppelzimmer). Aber sonst super.

Minibar disappointment
Pros:

The hotel was nice and clean

Cons:

We ordered minibar all inclusive but that was a disappointment. Normally in a minibar there is wine, alcohol and snacks. Here there was only 2 water, 1 cola, 1 orange and 1 apple juice and 2 beers. We really missed the snacks. It was,not worth the money.
