As per Colombia's tax laws Foreign visitors and Colombian citizens currently living outside Colombia are tax-exempt (19% VAT) when receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 stamp or TP12 visa upon entry to the country. Exemption only applies to room package rates (accommodations plus service). Permit must be shown upon arrival.

La atención del personal.
Encontré manchas de sangre en las sábanas, manchas y chorreados en las paredes, me cambiaron de habitación y encontré una cucaracha en la otra… A pesar de la excelente actitud del personal en atender mis requerimientos, el hotel está en mal estado general, muy viejo y sin un adecuado aseo y mantenimiento.
Las infraestructuras y la amabilidad de todo el personal del hotel
En ese sector es difícil encontrar un restaurante yendo a pié. Toca tomar taxi para ir a cualquier lugar de interés.

The hotel is near nowhere meaning you have to take a taxi to do whatever. who ever design the hotel did a terrible job
for example, to go to the pool you have to through the lobby and restaurant same thing to the turkish bath through the gym and last the room bathroom is very small when you open the door it almost hit the toilet meaning you have to go inside the shower to close the door and viseversa.
