As per Colombia's tax laws Foreign visitors and Colombian citizens currently living outside Colombia are tax-exempt (19% VAT) when receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 stamp or TP12 visa upon entry to the country. Exemption only applies to room package rates (accommodations plus service). Permit must be shown upon arrival.

Cuando abrimos la habitación otra persona ya estaba en ella, la reserva era habitación cama Turín y luego nos ofrecieron una habitación cama King como no aceptamos nos dieron una que estaba fuera de servicio, sucia tendidos ya usados, y la persona administradora era una persona que sufría de capacidad de escucha no nos atendieron fue pésima la experiencia más sin embargo nos cobraron la tarifa normal sin ningún inconveniente .

The location is great, close to everything I need during my stay. The room is always clean, plenty of natural light and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious, every day something different to chose from and the service is excellent. It's a wonderful hotel!
