Clean, great location.
Pros:

Great location, rooms were very clean and staff were lovely

Cons:

Paid for breakfast but was charged by both booking.com and the hotel has charged me extra and can't get anywhere with the hotel or booking.com so very disappointed at paying over the odds for a $25 breakfast.

We were told on check in that we were upgraded as our room wasn't available that we booked and one of the rooms was a downgrade which was disappointing. That same room had a issue with damp and kept on getting jammed, very little response on check in. The door needs to be replaced so hopefully they will and to be told on check in nothing to pay to get a charge on my card for nearly $300 the day we left!

The hotel also took a $100 per night room charge because we booked through booking.com

Pros:

The hotel was clean ad the location was amazing, but the team at the property went above and beyond. Every individual from the valet, to the front desk team to housekeeping, was incredibly accommodating and friendly. It was marathon weekend and as a participating runner, I appreciate how much I was able to concentrate on race day because of them.

Well located and comfortable hotel with outstanding staff
Pros:

We loved the location. The room was spacious and comfortable. We liked that there was a small fridge in the room which we used. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Despite being on the 27th floor there was still a bit of street noise.
