Pros:

The size of the room

Cons:

Poor cleanliness, ask for clean sheets and towels (not enough for six) and they take a long time. I have read about amazing omelettes, the veggies were uncooked, but yeah better breakfast than a Motel for sure

We like the location the indoor pool and the staff from reception area were very nice and helpful the lady at the bar was nice to

the cook at the omelet was horrible was rude and just an ass
Not only to me but everyone that was in line I ask for an omelet cheff special and a side of egg white and he made me the omelet with egg white then I ask if I can get the egg white I order he was so mean and said that what he gave me . And got upset that I wanted the side and told me I should told him I wanted 2 different one 🤔 im like that exactly what I told you .he just left me with a bad experience

Anyways other then That it was ok the bed are comfy but the sofa bed was horrible and the couch itself had dip in the middle and mattress was stain the comforter was old and had minor rips

Cons:

Received a room with a clogged toilet and no one came to fix it, so we had to use the downstairs public restroom. The pull-out sofa had soiled sheets, and we were only given one towel at check-in. We had to call twice before additional towels were brought to the room. Would of been better off at a 1 star motel.

It was nice but needs some improvement.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. The TV's were a perfect size. The amenities in the room were nice. The layout of the room was great.

Cons:

The tub was dirty. The popcorn ceilings made the room feel very dated. Our view from the sliding glass door was awful (facing a swamp). I really didn't like having to pay to park at a hotel Im paying to stay at and it was not including valet.
