The hotel, room and breakfast were great and super clean! But when I checked in yesterday, the lady at the front desk "Edina"? was being very unprofessional and felt like she was discriminating against me for whatever reason. First, I didn’t have the physical card with me that I booked the room with so had to go to the gas station and put some cash on one of my other cards so I could use it. She told me it was $174 and that’s ALL I had to pay. I even said, so like $175 is the total for everything? And she confirmed yes. So I went and put $180 on my card, came back and gave her that card and she says it’s declined because she’s trying to charge it for $195. I was like wtf didn’t you just verify that it was only $174???? She sat there with a dumb look on her face and didn’t say anything and said oh she didn’t know it was that price and I immediately got upset because I had my kids in the car waiting, already had to leave and come back and told her she could have told me that so I could have put more money on my card obviously. So I went outside because my mom was in the car as well, she gives me her debit card to use and then starts questioning me about whose card it is and was being VERY discriminatory. She then said she needed her ID and by this time I had already been trying to get checked in for over 30 minutes and she then said she couldn’t check me in because it has to be in my moms name now. The whole process was very ridiculous!!!! I travel a lot and have booked countless hotel rooms in different states and have never had an encounter like this. She also didn’t want to tell me her name when I asked for it multiple times. Is it because I have tattoos on my arms??? The hotel was a great experience but that lady deserves to get fired or definitely not in a hotel front desk position AT ALL.
The only issue was the lady at the front desk and her discriminating against me and not wanting to check me in.
The breakfast was great and offered many options. This location was quiet and hotel was very nice. Our room was very nice and comfortable and made you feel like it was like home. The hot tub was great but could have been warmer and plenty of pool towels were well stocked. Staff were quite friendly and helpful. We will return to this hotel again and we have told others about this hotel. Very happy with this choice of hotel. Highly recommended.

Went to check in, credit card machine not working. Had to write my cc info for them to keep in the office? TV not working. Heater not working. All I got was sorry. Would not recommend.
We checked in at almost 430 and one of our room wasn’t ready
Such a great fit for my family. We loves the pool and loved the breakfast. The room made us feel like we were at home.
