El personal de recepción excelente.

Cons:

Estuvimos en las habitaciones 315, 318 y había una persona con muletas que tenía que subir y bajar escaleras para acceder a las mismas.
El baño de la 318 bien pero un plato de ducha es mucho más cómodo.

El detalle de un empleado durante el desayuno que se me acerco porque estaba haciendo uso del tostador sin gluten para cerciorarse de que estaba usándolo bien. Además el tostador lo habían limpiado del día anterior. Me ha gustado.

Cons:

El sofá cama, muy incómodo ..una suite debería tener en casa habitación, una cama. El sofá cama era muy incómodo. Nos tocó una habitación que íbamos con niños que daba para la calle donde desde bien pronto se descarga en bares y tiendas cercanas.

zulo con vistas al patio de luces

la habitación que nos han dado una basura, vieja y daba a un patio de luces. había que recorrer medio Oviedo para llegar a ella y el ascensor parecía que se iba a caer
