156e por una noche , en unas instalaciones de lo más viejo y mal cuidado, habitación pequeña y incomoda , baño obsoleto y con pelos en la taza del wc, en el estado que está es un hotel de 50e , e estado en hotros de la misma cadena y de maravilla, pero en este de Oviedo a sido orrible, que pena de gestión de hotel, espero que tomen medidas y me devuelvan el dinero .

La ventana daba a un patio interior extremadamente pequeño, además sólo había un ascensor y hemos tenido que bajar casi siempre por la escalera.

Location
I stayed 16 nights at NH Oviedo Principado while recovering from surgery. Prior to arrival, I explicitly requested a quiet room due to my post-operative recovery. Instead, I was assigned to Room 604—sandwiched directly between a designated family room and a high-traffic housekeeping storage room.
For three consecutive nights, I suffered severe sleep deprivation from early morning cleaning disruptions and noisy adjacent rooms. When I raised the issue, front desk staff led me to believe the neighboring family was leaving, delaying a necessary room change. Only on Day 4 was I relocated to Room 103.
During an in-person meeting, the General Manager dismissed my concerns, claiming "all hotels are noisy" and asserting that "quiet room" requests only apply to street noise—an absurd claim for any guest, let alone someone recovering from surgery. Having stayed at 15 different hotels during my post-op travel, I know standard hotel noise; this was a complete failure of basic room allocation. Management offered breakfast vouchers (useless given my post-surgery soft-food dietary needs) and refused a reasonable partial refund for the three ruined nights.
I settled my €1,841.60 bill under protest, lodged an official Hoja de Reclamaciones, and escalated to Minor Hotels Corporate. If you require rest or have specific room needs, avoid this property—management takes no responsibility for poor room placement.
Excellent location, comfortable beds, great service, without doubt would come again.
