Mattia made our stay special and unforgettable he is truly a remarkable host and l would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting lake como .
No spa or swimming pool .Would be nice to have a spa treat or swimming pool with the beautiful lake views.

The staff were exceptional - from our arrival to beyond our departure when they called after finding a piece of our luggage that had accidentally been left behind. They went above and beyond to have our luggage shipped home! Housekeeping was perfection! Each time we left our rooms we returned to find our pillows fluffed and towels refreshed. Absolutely on point! Lounge and restaurant staff were excellent as well as breakfast service. Thank you!

This hotel was elegant, convenient and had a staff that were more than accommodating. Our room had more size than many European rooms.
The restaurant was excellent and had the prettiest lakefront view. Reservations are required. The second floor bar had an above average menu and could be used for lunch as well as dinner. It also had a wrap around view of the lake.
The hotel has its own private boat dock which made everything so simple. They also have a Vespa and e-bikes to rent on site.

ontbijt was excellent, het uitzicht was prachtig, personeel zet een pot voor tips vond ik een manier van bedelen
bij aankomst wilde we buiten iets drinken maar dat mocht niet aangezien er een event plaats zou vinden ,
geen koffie op de kamer, de airco blaast in het aangezicht tijdens het slapen, s'avonds reserveerden we een tafel voor het diner doch we konden niet tegen mekaar praten terwijl er een huwelijk plaatsvond dat verschrikkelijk veel lawaai maakte , enorm, we zochten elders eten

My wife and I simply loved it! Stunning hotel, stunning location, wonderful assistance from all the staff on the desk and in relation to booking a bost. Particular kudos to Mattia and Luca. Amazing!!!
The staff in the lounge bar were the nicest, most hospitable people and couldn't do enough for my wife and I. We just loved it, thank you so much!
Considering the price of the room, other people making noise after hrs kept us from sleeping on our second night. Whilst you can't give people a noise curfew, if noise travels in the hotel (which I'm sure is known) perhaps a polite message like..... "due to the age of the hotel it is not completely sound proof and noise travells between corridors and rooms, we would politely request guests to keep noise to a minimum after 'X' o clock)
