Location, Amenities, Staff, What more could you ask for?
Pros:

Stayed here several times and just love the location and staff! Nick at the front desk was extremely welcoming, naturally the rest of the staff followed suit. The breakfast is good, waffles, eggs, potatoes-for those trying to eat healthy, there are hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. I especially love being across the street from the KOP mall and walking distance to several great restaurants (try Eddie V's). It's right off the freeway, so super convenient, and a bonus is there is a Trader Joe's and Target within walking distance. Let's not forget the laundry room and gym-what more could you ask for? Enjoy!

Cons:

Would be great if there was a small patio to sit outside on a sunny day? Hopefully one day! But really, everything was wonderful. I will be back!

Comfortable bed. Good night sleep.
Pros:

Accessible shower

Even though the elevators were right outside our home it was quiet.

Cons:

Water flowed all over the floor from the shower.
We were there for 4 days and would have liked drawers to put clothes in.

The toilet paper holder. It was broke off and not useable. Had to turn a waste basket upside down to hold the toilet paper.

Tv channel selection was terrible the entire time. No CBS orABC. Missed basketball March Madness.
