Funcional, cercano a metro Bilbao
Pros:

Buena ubicación cerca de la parada de metro de Bilbao. Desayuno correcto. El personal muy atento y servicial

Cons:

Se agradecería una neverita en la habitación, fui justo en la ola de calor y hubiera sido muy bienvenida una nevera donde poder guardar agua fría.

Pros:

El personal, trato muy bueno, sobretodo por un inconveniente con la luz que por parte de recepcion se soluciono en un momento (ademas el chico de recepcion iba en muletas)

Soggiorno piacevole, con qualche dettaglio da migliorare
Pros:

Ho soggiornato presso l'Hotel Ibis Styles Madrid Centro Maravillas e, nel complesso, l'esperienza è stata positiva. La struttura è ben posizionata, pulita e il personale è sempre stato cortese e disponibile sopratutto la ragazza la sera.
Malasaña è il quartiere più bello di Madrid, ricco di storia, negozi vintage e una vivace vita notturna.

Cons:

Ci sono però alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati. La camera era confortevole, ma la finestra non era apribile, un dettaglio che personalmente avrei apprezzato. Ho inoltre notato l'assenza di un cestino nella zona camera per piccoli rifiuti quotidiani (bottiglie d'acqua, confezioni, ecc.) e la mancanza dello scopino nel bagno. Ho segnalato la questione alla reception, ma durante il soggiorno non ho visto cambiamenti.
Con le temperature elevate di Madrid sarebbe stato inoltre molto utile avere un piccolo frigorifero per mantenere fresca l'acqua.
L'unico episodio che mi ha lasciato un po' perplesso è avvenuto al momento del check-out: avevamo chiesto assistenza per chiamare un taxi, ma il sistema utilizzato dall'hotel non mostrava disponibilità. Avrei apprezzato un maggiore supporto nel trovare una soluzione, soprattutto in una grande città come Madrid.

A comfortable stay in a great location in Madrid
Pros:

The hotel is located in a great part of Madrid for sightseeing, and has all the expected amenities as well as being spotlessly clean.
It was a little on the pricey side at €250 for a 2-night stay, but seeing as the football was on I could understand it somewhat. Overall I'd definitely recommend for a comfortable stay.

Slightly on the pricey side considering amenities, room size etc.
