Ótimas instalações e um bom café da manhã... Muito próximo a estação de trem, porém um pouco distante do centro para ir a pé.

Cons:

O quarto estava quente e abrir a janela era impossível por causa do barulho da rua. Contudo ao fechar a janela não se ouve nada.

Wie immer war das Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstück sehr lecker. Die Zimmer sowieso sehr gut.

Cons:

Check-In und Check-out sollten jetzt online gemacht werden. Es gibt prinzipiell kein Personal an der Rezeption mehr. 1. funktionierte es nicht einwandfrei und zweitens ist es extrem unpersönlich. Bin strikt dagegen

Hotel confortevole, a pochissimi passi da tram, metro e bus verso l'Aeroporto (Postbus). Vicino a strasse interessanti, ricche di artigiani e di tranquillità.

Zimmereinrichtung schön, Roomservice jeden 3. Tag finde ich wirklich ausreichend - sollte aber beim Checkin darauf hingewiesen werden

Bad sehr in d Jahre gekommen, Zimmer Richtung Gang sehr hellhörig! Personal an der Rezeption sehr kurz angebunden - Info zur nächsten U Bahn Station oder ‚Insidertipps‘ (Zimmerreinigung alle 3 Tage, Lage Frühstücksrestaurant etc) wären nett gewesen

Es wurde beim Check-in und Check-out auf ein Kiosk System umgestellt. Das Personal war dabei nur einmalig hilfreich. Sogar die Zimmerkarten muss man selber herstellen. Überwacht wird dies von einem grimmigen Mann der im schwarzen T-Shirt an der Rezeption steht.
