Pros:

The room and bathroom were quite large, with plenty of space to move around. The location was great, very close to the metro and train station, and a tram station right across the street. The staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly. We didn't have breakfast or lunch, so I can't say much about that, but the dining area looked big.

Cons:

The room and bathroom were clean, but more attention could have been paid to less obvious areas; some spots were slightly dusty. The furniture in the room was quite old and needs replacing. It gives the feeling of staying in a very outdated room, which frankly negatively impacts the experience. One side of the bed was very hard while the other was very soft, which we found inconvenient. Also, at least cotton swabs and a shower cap could have been provided in the rooms. There was only one stirring stick even in the small coffee area; these small details should be considered.

Pros:

Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage zur Stadterkundung. Nahe an Westbahnhof und U3. Sehr gut schallisolierte Fenster.

Cons:

Frühstück ist reichhaltig, aber z.T. von minderer Qualität: Semmeln waren am Samstag nicht knusprig, sondern vom Vortag, die Kuchen sind entbehrlich.
