A nice Vienna getaway time, good summer value for money
Pros:

- First I like to thank the Hotel GM for the lovely birthday note that was left together with a piece of cake. This is very kind and thoughtful even when I never mentioned my birthday but them pulling it out of my info. Thank you and this does make a nice impression
- Great hotel location close to major station in Vienna
- Very nice and pleasant lobby
- AC works great in the lobby area
- Has AC in rooms which matters a lot for hot summer like this one
- There is a parking garage (however expensive)

Cons:

Constructive feedback:
- Gym is extremely poor for a 4* hotel. I can't believe how nobody thought this through. It has a couple of treadmill and cardio machines and just one for weight and specifically for chest - zero dumbbell's or any other weight machine, really a big miss
- It's very weird that hotel charges additional 15EUR for using (such a poor) gym and sauna/jacuzzi facility, this is very petty
- It was extremely hot in the gym area, I get the savings part but common, it was 40C outside and windows in gym are open in such weather and zero AC
- AC in the room was very weak, on full settings it was barely just cooling it a bit not to be very hot, but far from what AC should do. Great example how good it is in the lobby but way worse in rooms
- Parking price is very expensive
- Cleaning system is weird, if you don't notice that you have to put in request, your room wont be cleaned until certain number of days

Frühstück, eigene Tiefgarage, Größe des Zimmers, Klimaanlage, gepflegtes Haus, Straßenbahn vor dem Haus

Cons:

Badewanne zu klein und eng zum Duschen, Duschtrennwand bewegte sich beim Duschen.
Restaurant war geschlossen, man konnte nur in der Bar essen. Einige Angebote von der Speisekarte waren nicht verfügbar, deshalb nur geringe Auswahl.

Perfekte Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist hervorragend, und in etwas mehr als 20 Minuten erreicht man die Altstadt. Ein perfektes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Außerdem war das Mehrbettzimmer groß genug für zwei Personen. Auf dem Weg ins Zentrum findest du in der Nähe des Hotels viele Cafés, Restaurants und interessante Geschäfte.

Cons:

Wenn die Dusche benutzt wurde, wurde der Badezimmerboden schnell nass. Die Glasfassade war nicht richtig abgedichtet.

Gute Lage, schöne große Zimmer
Pros:

Super Lage nahe Westbahnhof und Flughafenbus. Vieles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Große Zimmer, bequeme Betten. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, dort war es sehr ruhig. Ich würde dort wieder buchen.
