Pros:

Great location, right next to the Nyhavn, close to the town and everything else you need for a holiday. The room is slightly small but suitable for its purpose. There are nice restuarants, cocktail bars and other facilities you need around.

Cons:

I stayed in a room on the ground floor seemingly next to an open area, so there were cars driving around early in the morning, which woke me up, but not too big of a problem.

Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Bad Room Conditions

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing.

* There was a bad smell in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable.
* The rooms facing the main street are very noisy, as there is almost no sound insulation. You can clearly hear the traffic and passing cars.
* The housekeeping staff were also very noisy, constantly opening and closing other guests’ doors, which was disturbing, especially when trying to rest.
* Room cleaning was poor and did not meet the expected standard.
* I requested an extra bed, but I was initially told by one employee that the hotel did not have any extra beds available. However, when I asked another employee the following day, my request was fulfilled. This was very confusing and shows a lack of communication between the staff.

Overall, the hotel needs significant improvement in cleanliness, sound insulation, housekeeping, and communication between staff. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Felt welcomed the moment we walked in.
Pros:

The staff is amazing. So friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and centrally located. There is an amazing buffet breakfast daily with plenty of seating. Hugo Restaurant is convenient and the food is great.

Cons:

The executive lounge would have been nice to have cheese and fruit later for after dinner and not just cookies.

Cons:

The hotel is worn out.
Realy old rooms and the front desk staff r extremely rude, and they made false claims about smoking in the room just because i threw empty cigarette boxes in the trash.

Расположение отеля великолепное: рукой подать до всех интересных мест.
Хороший завтрак, хоть и однообразный.
Очень вкусный обед... тоже не радующий разнообразием, правда 😊
Wi-fi стабильно хороший.
Номер убирали ежедневно, тщательно, все полотенца меняли каждый день.

Cons:

Вместо стандартного номера, который я оплатил, мне выдали маленький номер (размером с кровать, практически).
Я попросил администратора перепроверить - отказал, сказав, что всё правильно и что это стандартный (хотя, даже на фото отеля видно отличие в размерах).

Es hat mir sehrt gut gefallen. Würde ich weiter empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sensationell. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Hat alles was es braucht.
Ich würde das Hotel wieder nehmen.

Cons:

Dass die Dusche nicht abgetrennt ist. Es ist dann immer das ganze Bad unter Wasser.
