Bed was not comfortable and carpet in the room made us sneeze all night. Also bathroom needs a little bit more through cleaning
Das Personal war aussergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer hatte die perfekte Austattung und das Bett war sehr sehr bequem. Wir hatten zusätzlich Zugang zur Executive Lounge und auch diese war mit Snacks, Kaffee und Getränken zur Selbstbedienung gut ausgestattet.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichlich, vielseitig ordentlich und sauber. Wir werden definitiv wieder in dieses Hotel kommen.
The location was brilliant. I arrived at 11am and thankfully there was a room available. I did the pre-check in so getting into my room was a breeze. Despite being a small single, the room had everything I needed. The Nespresso machine was a nice extra. The aircon is also very effective, which I was grateful for. The breakfast room is lovely and the offering was all fresh and delicious.
