The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. The credit card used at the time of booking must be presented by the guest, along with positive identification, upon check-in at the hotel.
For third-party payments, arrangements must be made directly with the property in advance by bank transfer or by contacting the hotel reservation directly. If a payment is made by a third party via credit card and a refund is required to process a new payment that matches the guest’s name, please be aware that all refunds will incur a 3% processing fee, deducted from the total amount by the payment system.
Ocean Rhyme, our main all-day dining restaurant, is open for Breakfast, lunch and dinner from 06:30 to 22:30.
Ciao Pizza & Grill Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner from 11:00 to 22:00 (last order at 22:00).
Ciao Wine Bar & Store is open from 11:00 to 22:30. Coffee Talk Café Karon Phuket is open from 11:00 to 22:00.
Sweet Talk – Ice Cream and Dessert Shop is open from 10:00 to 21:00.
In-room Dining (Room Service) is available from 11:00 to 22:00.
Splash Pool Bar is open from 10:00 to 19:00.
Sundip Beach Pool Bar is open from 10:00 to 19:00.
Groovy Swim-up Pool Bar is open for light snacks and drinks from 10:00 to 19:00.

Please note that this room currently does not have a babysitter or supervising staff. Parents are responsible for the well-being of their children at all times.
For Hotel Guests only, with a minimum stay of 5 nights. All or none of the guests within the party or reservation are entitled to all-inclusive drinks for the entire period of the reservation.
No alcoholic drinks for people under the age of 18 (measured at time of stay and not time of making booking). Drinks are to be consumed within the premises of the outlet. No takeaways allowed.
All-Inclusive Drinks are to be served during the following times at the following outlets only:
- 11:00 to 21:00 at Ocean Rhymes Restaurant
- 11:00 to 19:00 at Splash Pool Bar/Groovy Swim-up Bar.
The next drink is to be served only after the previous drink has been fully consumed. Guests are only allowed to order one drink at a time.
Drinks are to be ordered for oneself only. No ordering drinks for other people.
In the event that the hotel suspects that the guest is abusing the program and not acting in good faith, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the all-inclusive package immediately without refunds. In this case, the hotel levies a THB 10,000 fine per guest at the hotel’s discretion.
Hotel reserves the right to deny service of alcoholic drinks to guests who appear to be intoxicated to a point that could be a danger to themselves and others at the hotel’s own discretion.
All-inclusive drinks are available from 15:00 on the check-in date and continue until 00:00 on the check-out date.
Guests are to order from an all-inclusive drinks menu only. The hotel reserves the right to amend the All-inclusive drinks menu without prior notice.
All-Inclusive is a package that includes three meals a day, along with drinks, as specified in the rate. The meals included in the all-inclusive package can be selected from the half board, full board, and All-Inclusive drink menu. Guests will receive a value-added benefit of daily 2 cans of Singha Beer for room types: Lagoon Pool Access Deluxe Terrace and Lagoon Pool View Deluxe Terrace.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Отель заявляет о себе как 5 звёзд, это не соответствует тому что есть. 3 звёзды, не понравилось все, пришлось сменить отель. Нет, не рекомендую. Есть за такую же стоимость совершенно другое качество.
Beautiful 5-star amenities, a lovely garden, nice pool, restaurant, and relaxing common areas. Staff in the public areas always greet you, and you can hear the sound of the beach everywhere, a wonderful paradise! Unfortunately, the customer service feels more like 3-star level.
Beautiful resort and great first impression, so I kept extending my stay. Unfortunately service was inconsistent. Some staff were excellent, especially Fang, Dilan, and lovely cleaning girl Dee Dee. A lost pillowcase wasn’t the issue, but the unapologetic way it was handled at the front desk by Jissy which acted more like a school teacher disappointed me, so I moved next door to Pullman for a more consistent experience.”

Весьма старый, долго не подвергавшийся реконструкции и ремонту отель. Текущий ремонт с применением абы как положенного герметика и подручных средств. Ощущение вигвама с затертыми полами и дверями в перекос. Номера не уютные с затёртой отделкой. Кровати как нары. Еда стандартная. Они стараются, но выходит как-то не очень. Кроме сада хороших впечатлений не много. К сожалению. Соответствия цена качество не обнаружилось.

Booked 7 nights at Thavorn Palm Beach Resort but after just one night we left and booked another hotel elsewhere in Phuket. Easily the worst resort experience I’ve ever had.
This hotel claims to be 5-star, but I’ve honestly stayed in far better 3-star accommodation around the world. I was encouraged to book directly with the hotel for a discount, which unfortunately also means I can’t leave a review on Booking.com.
I travel frequently, have visited over 55 countries, and have stayed in everything from hostels to premium luxury resorts, so I understand that standards vary — but this was genuinely unacceptable.
The room was dirty, run down and poorly maintained. The bathroom had an old internal window covered by stained, mouldy curtains which looked unhygienic and neglected. There were also dead bugs left in the room that were never cleaned away during our stay.
The resort was heavily infested with mosquitoes — far beyond what you would reasonably expect in Thailand. As someone travelling with a baby, this was especially concerning due to the risk of dengue and other mosquito-borne illnesses. Families with young children should be aware of this.
The bed was extremely lumpy and uncomfortable, to the point where you would sink into it. It honestly felt like old mattresses covered with doonas under the sheets. The baby cot provided was also unsafe, with no proper mattress — just scrunched up doonas inside. Fridge also leaked water.
To make matters worse, the staff were unpleasant and unhelpful throughout our stay. Very disappointing experience and absolutely not somewhere I would recommend, especially for families travelling with families. I have never had to leave a hotel like this. Unfortunate waste of money as we had to lose multiple nights. No apology or concern from staff. I requested the room be sprayed for mosquitos but the request wasn’t delivered. Lots of still water across the gardens of the hotel which aren’t maintained which increase the problem and no fogging.

Wonderful place! The hotel is located in a huge tropical garden. The staff work very hard to keep the garden in perfect condition. It feels like being in paradise. The beach is beautiful. The area is quiet (especially compared to Patong). Great restaurants and very friendly staff. Perfect for a trip with children
The restaurant prices are a bit high. The hotel is located on the edge of Karon, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the center

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this hotel truly deserves it. This was without a doubt the most beautiful holiday I have ever had — and I have stayed in many hotels over the years.
The cleanliness throughout the property is impeccable. The service is outstanding across the board, but I want to give a special mention to the staff at the Splash pool, who were incredibly warm and attentive, and to JJ at the Rivière pool — a true gem who made every single day special. The team at the Océan Rymé restaurant also deserves recognition for their care, professionalism, and genuine kindness.
My children had an absolutely wonderful time, and seeing them so happy made this trip even more memorable.
This is the kind of hotel that sets the standard. We will be back.

Nice location, close to beach, lots of good restaurants, fruite shops and massage shops.
The resort is large and we enjoyed the multiple pools, mini zoo and highly recommend the cooking class. That might be a bit pricey compared to external ones for thailand but totally ok for resort price. We enjoyed cooking with chef On.
Breakfast buffet was superb with the noodle station.
Private pool was nice since you could jump in also later in the evening.
Main pool area was closed quite early, if you do some excursions during the day and come back late in the evening, an option to cool off would have been great.
