The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. The credit card used at the time of booking must be presented by the guest, along with positive identification, upon check-in at the hotel.

If a payment is made by a third party via credit card and a refund is required to process a new payment that matches the guest’s name, please be aware that all refunds will incur a 3% processing fee, deducted from the total amount by the payment system.
Ocean Rhyme, our main all-day dining restaurant, is open for Breakfast, lunch and dinner from 06:30 to 22:30.
Ciao Pizza & Grill Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner from 11:00 to 22:00 (last order at 22:00).
Ciao Wine Bar & Store is open from 11:00 to 22:30. Coffee Talk Café Karon Phuket is open from 11:00 to 22:00.
Sweet Talk – Ice Cream and Dessert Shop is open from 10:00 to 21:00.
In-room Dining (Room Service) is available from 11:00 to 22:00.
Splash Pool Bar is open from 10:00 to 19:00.
Sundip Beach Pool Bar is open from 10:00 to 19:00.
Groovy Swim-up Pool Bar is open for light snacks and drinks from 10:00 to 19:00.

For Hotel Guests only, with a minimum stay of 5 nights. All or none of the guests within the party or reservation are entitled to all-inclusive drinks for the entire period of the reservation.
No alcoholic drinks for people under the age of 18 (measured at time of stay and not time of making booking). Drinks are to be consumed within the premises of the outlet. No takeaways allowed.
All-Inclusive Drinks are to be served during the following times at the following outlets only:
- 11:00 to 21:00 at Ocean Rhymes Restaurant
- 11:00 to 19:00 at Splash Pool Bar/Groovy Swim-up Bar.
The next drink is to be served only after the previous drink has been fully consumed. Guests are only allowed to order one drink at a time.
Drinks are to be ordered for oneself only. No ordering drinks for other people.
In the event that the hotel suspects that the guest is abusing the program and not acting in good faith, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the all-inclusive package immediately without refunds. In this case, the hotel levies a THB 10,000 fine per guest at the hotel’s discretion.
Hotel reserves the right to deny service of alcoholic drinks to guests who appear to be intoxicated to a point that could be a danger to themselves and others at the hotel’s own discretion.
All-inclusive drinks are available from 15:00 on the check-in date and continue until 00:00 on the check-out date.
Guests are to order from an all-inclusive drinks menu only. The hotel reserves the right to amend the All-inclusive drinks menu without prior notice.
All-Inclusive is a package that includes three meals a day, along with drinks, as specified in the rate. The meals included in the all-inclusive package can be selected from the half board, full board, and All-Inclusive drink menu. This is probably the most kid friendly resort. Has amazing facilities. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are very friendly. The breakfast so also very good.
The breakfast timing could be slightly longer. The variety of Indian a little more. The swimming pool slides close at 6pm.
1/10 – Worst hotel experience I've ever had
I booked a 3-bedroom villa for my family. We arrived at around 10:30 AM and were informed that check-in would be at 12:00 PM, which we accepted without any issue.
However, when we entered the villa, the air conditioning was not working. We immediately informed the staff. A technician tried to fix it, and we were repeatedly asked to wait another hour or two. We waited patiently for several hours, but nothing was resolved.
By around 3:00 PM, instead of providing us with another villa of the same category, the hotel offered us a much lower-category room. When I requested either an equivalent room or a partial refund reflecting the downgrade, both requests were refused.
The situation continued until around 6:00 PM. My family had arrived, yet we still had no suitable accommodation. An entire day of our holiday was wasted sitting in the lobby, waiting for a solution that never came.
After all this inconvenience, I requested a refund because the hotel could not provide the room and facilities I had paid for. Even the refund process became extremely frustrating. Despite acknowledging the issue verbally, the hotel repeatedly delayed providing written confirmation and kept asking us to wait. It took unnecessary follow-ups before the refund process finally moved forward.
What disappointed me the most was not just the broken air conditioning, but the complete lack of customer service, accountability, and urgency. A hotel should know how to handle situations like this professionally, especially when families are involved.
I would strongly advise future guests to think carefully before booking here. Based on my experience, if something goes wrong with your stay, don't expect a prompt or customer-friendly resolution.
Property was beautiful to walk around. Clean facilities. Delightful staff. Conveniently located close to a 7eleven. I felt very safe walking there at night.we really enjoyed the authentic Thai night buffet.
The pool hours were not long enough for the kids. After a day long tour it would have been nice for the family to have a refreshing dip in the pool.

We love almost everything about this hotel. The staff are all so lovely and cheerful from reception to housekeeping. The swimming pools are great with a variety of options and plenty of chairs and seats around them. There are also many options for young children. The restaurant prices are great and everything already includes service charges and tax. Buffer breakfast also amazing. The rooms are comfy and clean with a great shower.
The air conditioner needs a major upgrade. It’s old, very loud and noisy, making it difficult to sleep when it turns on. Our two rooms are often not cool at all, especially on hot days. It feels like just wind blowing out with no cool air even we turn on the lowest temperature. The reception should provide more fans, it’s crazy hot area. You have to stay the side room to get some air conditioner.
The bridge between the swimming pool should have more warning signs about the slippery surface. It’s quite slippery and hard to walk on.
