Pros:

L’emplacement !

Cons:

J’avais pourtant réservé et payé à l’avance via Booking, mais à mon arrivée, impossible de retrouver ma réservation, que ce soit avec mon numéro ou mon nom. Malgré la preuve de paiement et toutes les informations en ma possession, la réception ne retrouvait rien. Aucune chambre n’était disponible car l’hôtel était complet, ce qui a créé une situation très stressante pendant une bonne dizaine de minutes, sans véritable solution proposée.

Comme si cela ne suffisait pas, plusieurs équipements dans la chambre n’étaient pas fonctionnels, notamment la bouilloire qui ne marchait pas.

Au vu de ces problèmes d’organisation et de maintenance, l’expérience globale a été très insatisfaisante.

La situation de l'Hôtel est idéale en centre ville. Le petit déjeuner très complet et très bon. Le personnel très agréable.

Très bonne surprise
Pros:

Emplacement juste derrière le vieux port, à 4min de la Canebière. Petit déjeuner très copié et varié, avec vue sur Notre Dame de la Garde. Et parking privé juste en dessous.

Pros:

Es handelt sich um ein typisches Großstadthotel. Man ist relativ anonym. Die Lage ist sehr gut, denn man kann den Hafen und die Innenstadt zu Fuß gut erreichen. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß und komfortabel. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns das sehr umfangreiche Frühstück. Es ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage liegt etwas entfernt vom Hotel, hat aber einen direkten Zugang zur Rezeption.

Pros:

Centrale. Praticamente a 5 minuti a piedi dal porto turistico

Cons:

Il parcheggio; è attiguo all'Hotel ma per raggiungerlo con l'auto una volta lasciati i bagagli bisogna fare il giro dell'isolato rischiando di sbagliare sdrada e di restare bloccati nel traffico. Una volta entrati è enorme e rischi di perderti per uscire a piedi.

Great hotel with easy walking in city but parking if needed.

3-earlier check in/ later check out times than other hotels in area.
4- garage available and easily accessible.

Clean and comfortable and close to Vieux Port.
Pros:

Close to all tourist activities. Reception staff were friendly and helped with our enquiries efficiently.

Cons:

The highlight mirror in the bathroom was not able to be dimmed for night time. Would have been nice to also have shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower facility.
