Room was good and clean more of an apartment than hotel.
Being charged for parking after checkout (should have been included in room fee) no ice machine very small bag of frozen hard clump of ice at front desk per room.

Loved that the room was very spacious, quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The people at the front desk where so nice to us and helped us out with recommendations and directions and technical difficulties with printing something. It was not fancy, but it was comfortable and affordable and we had everything we needed.
The location was not what I usually prefer because we couldn't really walk anywhere. But even though we had to drive everywhere, we were not far from evertwhere we wanted to go in Annapolis. The breakfast was not the greatest, but nice to be able to grab a coffee and a bite to eat before heading out for the day.
Excellent breakfast, not just the usual sweet buns, but there was real food.

The night auditor, Donnie was not very pleasant and he was the first impression we had of the property.

There were people above me making a lot of noise till after midnight. One receptionist called their room and they calmed down. However, when Doriel got on, she refused to do anything and tried to gaslight me, making little of the noise. It ruined my stay.

My stay was unacceptable. The room smelled bad, the bed sheets were filthy with hair, the soap was used, and the furniture was damaged.
Worse, staff closed the breakfast restaurant early while we were still eating. When I asked about the coffee options, a staff member rudely told me to drink what was available or leave.
Zero hygiene and terrible service. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
Very thoughtful design of the suite. Big space and you have everything : kit hen, dining table, deck, sofa, wardrobe, even fireplace. Impressive! Good location, very clean room, good breakfast. We are very happy. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is easily one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. The room had a horrible smell, and the overall cleanliness was far below standard.
To make matters worse, the staff were completely unwelcoming, extremely rude, and openly racist.
Their toxic attitude made the stay completely unbearable.
Save your money and dignity-do not stay here.
