Terrible Experience - Rude, Racist Staff and Dirty Room

Cons:

This is easily one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. The room had a horrible smell, and the overall cleanliness was far below standard.
To make matters worse, the staff were completely unwelcoming, extremely rude, and openly racist.
Their toxic attitude made the stay completely unbearable.
Save your money and dignity-do not stay here.

Exeptional accommodation
Pros:

Very thoughtful design of the suite. Big space and you have everything : kit hen, dining table, deck, sofa, wardrobe, even fireplace. Impressive! Good location, very clean room, good breakfast. We are very happy. I highly recommend this hotel.

My stay was unacceptable. The room smelled bad, the bed sheets were filthy with hair, the soap was used, and the furniture was damaged.
Worse, staff closed the breakfast restaurant early while we were still eating. When I asked about the coffee options, a staff member rudely told me to drink what was available or leave.
Zero hygiene and terrible service. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Nice spacious room
Pros:

It was a very spacious room and very clean.

Cons:

The sofa bed was so uncomfortable! Breakfast ended at 9am and I thought that was too early for the weekend. No ice machine on the property.

For a short stay, it is good.
Pros:

Overall, it is good. Parking and nice and quiet neighborhood.

Cons:

Since the hotel is built with two stories and did not have high ceiling, feel so close to ceiling when you are in bed.
In addition, we woke up with every step/movement of the people in the upstairs in the early morning.

Great Value in Annapolis
Pros:

The rooms are an excellent size and have cook top stoves. I did not use the stove, however it was nice to have the option. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is delicious. The atmosphere is very quiet and the room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The rooms need to be updated. The location is good, however, there were some questionable people in the area. I did feel safe, however, there were homeless people staying in the hotel. I understand that this can happen with an ES hotel, however, some of the people staying in the hotel were mentally unstable.
