Perfect suite for the average person who wont nitpick the little things.
Pros:

I don't know why I didnt realize that it was a full suite when I booked it but that was a pleasant suprise when I opened the door. At first I was confused by the layout of the exterior but it made sense when I opened the door and saw a little mini apartment! It was mostly clean and well stocked and I liked that there was liquid hand soap in the bathroom. My husband vapes, so going outside to smoke was a lot easier having a private entrance than having to walk halls, take an elevator and exit a lobby like other hotels. Also the breakfast was great! We would definitley stay again!

Cons:

Silly things, the dresser drawers werent able to shut completely, but we only stayed over night so we didnt really mind. There was a stain on the mattress that was visible from the side that was a little hard to ignore but I just pretended like I didnt see it. It had a funky, old smell but also a cleaning product smell which didnt help my migraine but again, we only stayed over night so I ignored it. And trying to navigate back to the lobby for breakfast was slightly confusing at first, but we figured it out.

Superb Stay
Pros:

We loved everything about this stay! It started with great people - Doriel at the front desk was super friendly, amazingly helpful, and went above and beyond throughout our stay - the property - convenient location, multiple "green spaces" that are actually green! plus plenty of parking. And then there was the 5 star room - up to date, clean, virtually silent HVAC that truly chilled on hot days, uber comfy beds with decent pillows, and other amenities that hit the high notes. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Facilities were ok but the bed was awful- worst sleep ever at a hotel!
Pros:

The rooms were big. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Our bed was the worst bed I ever slept in. There was a hole in the middle that you would just roll into. My husband and I slept 15minutes to a half hour at a time bc we just kept rolling into the same area. It was awful. The mattress definitely needed to be replaced!

Welcoming and refreshing!
Pros:

With my actual babies and my fur baby they made sure we all felt very comfortable. It was refreshing not to worry about certain things because the facility was already taken care of it!

Cons:

Unfortunately the cost. That is a personal thing. I would definitely stay again though!

The location was the best thing to me about the property

Cons:

It was very difficult to find my room in particular. Also, the room above me was very noisy based on who was up occupying the room there was a lot of running and loud noises coming from above me and I couldn’t sleep throughout the whole night because of that

Charge for parking?!
Pros:

I would have rated this place higher if they hadn’t charged us for parking WITHOUT TELLING US. We discovered the charge weeks later on our credit card bill. Not cool.

But otherwise we liked it very much. Still, we won’t patronize this chain again, when there are more honest places.
