Over all we are happy with our stay, just disappointed with all the confusion.
Pros:

We love the layout of the rooms! This is one of the reasons we stay at this hotel.

Cons:

We where emailed an option for a late checkout at 2pm. We where asked to confirm if this option was available when we checked in. We where told when we checked in that the late option was available and we would be charged for that. On our last day, we where told at 12pm that we did not have a late check out and where asked to leave immediately. At the desk we where told that we had to check the morning of our last day to see if this was possible, and no apology was given. I'm confused at why we where told different information from different people. We should of been told this on the day of check in, even though the email and the check in person gave us completely different information. I understand policy and have no problem with that, but the communication and knowledge of your staff really needs improvement! Hopefully, next time our stay will be better. We stayed once before and really enjoyed our stay, this time was not the same experience.
