Pros:

Reception was pleasant and helpful at check in

Cons:

They had cleaned the carpet in the entire room. Carpet was soaked. Room was set to high air and freezing. Did not let me know that the carpet had been cleaned. Offered to send up slippers. Smelled musty. All charging ports at the bedside were not functioning. I paid over $700.00 for this room.

Reasonably priced, but the poor service and cleanliness made the stay disappointing.
Pros:

The room was nice, and the price was reasonable.

Cons:

The staff failed to make my morning shuttle reservation and incorrectly told me that the earliest pickup was at 4:20 a.m., even though a 3:40 a.m. shuttle was available. The shuttle driver was rude, questioned why I had so much luggage, and did not help unload it from the trolley. When we arrived at the hotel, no one offered to assist me, even though my hands were full with my baby, my other child, our luggage, and belongings. I had to ask for help myself. Although the room was nice, the toilet was dirty, there was mold around the sink, and no complimentary water or toiletries were provided.

Cons:

They’ve made keys mandatory for the elevators; for instance, whenever an order arrives or a guest visits, we have to go all the way down, and the reception never helps out. I found this very exhausting.

Pros:

Location is great, close to the airport. Denny on site is 24/7

Cons:

Blanket was not clean. We were informed that a crib can be provided upon request - it turned out to be a pack&play, not a crib. The pack & play was not properly cleaned either.

I would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The location was great, especially with a free shuttle to and from the airport, since I was only there for the one night on a flight layover. It was nice to have a 24 hour Denny’s. I would have used the fitness room but I was quite jet lagged so I decided to prioritize sleep. The bed was really comfortable. The coffee machine made good coffee. There were lots of places to charge up my devices. There was a large safe…big enough for a laptop. Easy check out with just needing to drop the keycards in a box. Air conditioner worked very well. Room was quiet. Even though i didn’t use the fridge or microwave, those are things i appreciate for longer stays.

Cons:

I once had a bad experience with bedbugs in a hotel, so the first thing I do is check for them. I appreciated that the mattress was in an encasement, and there were no signs of bedbugs, but when I was checking around the bed, I noticed that the vacuuming could be better. The corners were dusty, and I found a dried up contact lens as well as an earring back under the nightable. Then in the morning i found a black hairpin on the carpet in the living room area. I would also have appreciated a TV channel guide. Most remotes have a menu option, and the tv did say that channel 2 was a menu, but nothing showed up. I looked around for a printed channel guide, but didn’t find one.

Pros:

位置好，服务也好，房间非常大也很干净，还有游泳池和健身房，最重要的是我们去机场还车，酒店还安排了车去机场接我们，里面还有付费的餐食，非常满意，这是来加拿大最满意的一次住宿体验，必须给满分好评价

Just what we needed
Pros:

Very pleasant overnight stay - and we particularly liked the availability of the Hotel Shuttle to and from the airport.
