I really enjoyed my stay—the location is very convenient, close to the beach and nearby dining spots.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the Ilikai Hotel & Luxury Suites. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a beautiful view that made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent—close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping areas—yet still peaceful and relaxing.
I especially appreciated the attention to detail in both the facilities and service. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was inviting and comfortable.
I would highly recommend Ilikai Hotel & Luxury Suites to anyone visiting Honolulu. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND GREAT LOCATION
Pros:

Great location, I prefer to be away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki's main strip, but still only a 20 min walk away. I stayed on the 22nd floor, Room No. 21. Styled well, great kitchenette. Well equipped, large stove, microwave and full-size fridge. Ample benchspace. Comfortable sitting area and large TV. Great balcony with a table and chairs. Excellent air conditioner. Large closet with ample hangers. Complimentary bottles of water every day, and free coupons for kids' ice cream. Other family members stayed in privately owned rooms on the 17th floor, which were rather "dated", even though they had better views of the marina/ocean.

Cons:

King-size bed, but too hard, and I like a firm bed. And instead of normal pillows, the bed had 6 ridiculous cushions with pillowcases. Not very comfortable. No clothes airer to hang damp/wet items, I had to hang clothes on the chairs on the balcony...not ideal.

The low toilet was a challenge for older people.
Pros:

We liked the location overlooking the Hilton to see the show and fireworks. It was also handy having the grocery shop onsite.. I have been visiting the Illikai for over 20 years but have always booked privately and stayed for a week or more.

Cons:

The low toilet.
Having to wait until 1pm to be able to check in.

Pros:

The location is excellent and the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The beds are so uncomfortable especially the sofa bed which was hard, old and only came with a flat sheet and blanket with a hole in it.

Great Experience Can’t Wait to Stay Again
Pros:

Everything! Location is great! Walking distance to Ala Moana Shopping Center and just a very short car or bus ride to Waikiki or you can simply walk to Waikiki too. Well appointed rooms. Staff are great. Experience was excellent. Will definitely stay again.
