アラモアナセンターまで徒歩でも10分ちょい。ワイキキにもバス停が目の前なのでアクセスはよい。
ヨットハーバーが見えて眺めはよかった。
ハリケーンの影響で停電が2日間続いた。電気も付かずエアコンも効かず、お湯も出ない状態。隣のヒルトンは早めに復旧したのにここは停電が継続。
別の部屋はもっと長い間停電が続いていた。
ホテルが悪いわけではないが残念な滞在になった。
アラモアナショッピングセンターが近くて良かった。
ワイキキにも近く便利だった。
台風で停電を余儀なくされたが、これといったサポートもチェックインの時も説明してくれなかった。
施設の案内もしてくれなかった。

アラモアナショッピングセンターにも近くロケーションはとても良い。
またオーシャンビューの部屋からの眺望は素晴らしかった。
•キッチン付の部屋でも食器洗浄機がないこと。
•ハリケーンの影響による停電はやむを得なかったと思うが、早朝に地下で火災が発生し、避難した際、避難誘導も明確でなく、ホテルスタッフも「ホテルもビルのテナントの一つで、状況はわからない」という回答は如何なものか？
•火災避難から部屋に戻った後の停電している時、また火災発生の放送が入り、また避難すべく部屋を出たが、誤報だったにも拘らず、誤報というアナウンスもなく、混乱した。
•結局夕方、近隣エリアの停電は解消したが、このホテルは復旧できず、夕方以降何度も「ピ
ー•ピー•ピー•ピー」という大音量のアラームが部屋で鳴り響く状態に、不安と混乱でロビーで夜を明かす覚悟で荷造りしてロビーに下りる状況だった（アラームについて何もアナウンスがなかったことに加え、アラームが鳴っていることをホテルフロントに尋ねても、知らないという他人事の反応）。ロビーは最新情報やスマホの充電場所を求める人であふれていた
•結局22時前にやっと復旧し部屋に戻るも、また24時くらいには停電し、そのまま朝7:30にチェックアウトした時間まで復旧していなかった。
•一連のトラブルの間、ホテルスタッフはまるで他人事のように、避難放送もビル管理会社がやっているので、自分にはわからない、とか、停電は電力会社のサイトで確認してくれ、とか、当事者意識のかけらもない対応は如何なものかと思う。
•復旧作業にあたっていた電力会社の皆さんやインフラ関係の皆さんの努力には本当に感謝するが、その努力の裏で「自分は知らない」と逃げるホテルの対応は改善すべきだと思う。
•何より、火災報知器が鳴った際のホテルのずさんな対応については、あれが本当の火事だったらと思うとゾッとする
We really enjoyed our stay! The room was spacious, with a beautiful view from the balcony. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, and the beach is just a short walk away. Great location overall!
We couldn’t figure out how to connect to the Wi-Fi in the room. It seemed like the router wasn’t working at all, as there were no lights on it. The bathroom door lock didn’t work either, so we had to use a towel to keep the door closed. Also nightstand lamp didn't work. None of these issues were major enough for us to call a technician, but they are a few things that could be improved.

I really didn't have an issue except you how to walk downstairs to the main desk for ice.
We had the amazing two bedroom suite on the 23rd floor!! Oh my goodness, the views were amazing and worked so well for our family of 6. Wonderful time, location, amenities and scenery!! Thank you for the lasting memories :)

Absolutely loved the views from our room. Great pool areas. Spacious room. Large balcony. Great location. Lots on offer.
Condo #1318: I have stayed at the Illikai in the past and have always enjoyed the location, convenience, and staff. This specific condo was disappointing compared to other units I have stayed at in Illikai. There was a persistent leak onto the lanai, which was a safety hazard for my three kids, the beds all had an off putting odor even after the staff kindly changed the sheets. But the most disruptive part of our stay was the repair work the owner had scheduled during our time. He arranged for the water to be shut off and the bathroom faucet to be fixed. It ended up being a half day of repair work during my vacation time. This unit is older and not well managed, I would recommend staying at a different unit when staying at the Illikai.
Room was lovely and spacious for our needs. Close to Ala Moana Mall and walking distance to more central Waikīkī. Only downside was the pool area tiles got extremely hot and I would consider that a safety issue.
