lovely meet with friends, loved Daves ice cream, next time i would like to rent a two bedroom luxury

friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was excelent.

Cons:

as a special needs person I was challenged with the entrance and exit of this hotel. The elevator was broken and the escalator didn't allow me to descend with my luggage . not good not easy for me.

Pros:

Location and room were perfect absolutely stunning views made it difficult to ever leave our balcony! The rooms and beds were super comfortable, a real home from home.

Cons:

The pool was not good, the water was warm, cloudy and thick. I had a cut which meant the sea water lagoon wasnt an option for me and the pool was very disappointing.

アラモアナお買い物には便利なホテル
Pros:

アラモアナショッピングセンターにも近く、ロケーションは最高でした。

Cons:

唯一、シャワーの出が悪かったところです。
洗面所やキッチンの水圧はあるのに、シャワーのみチョロチョロで毎日物足りませんでした。

Was a suitable place for what we needed.
Pros:

They did accommodate our request to have our rooms close together and housekeeping was friendly. There are a lot of options for dining and pool time. The views on the 23rd floor were very nice in an ocean view room.

Cons:

The prices still seem a little high. The hide a bed sofa had springs that poked thru, a big issue with these types of beds. The a/c seemed to have a few issues but we were not uncomfortable. The elevators were packed a lot which I suppose is to be expected.

Best view with a premium location that made my stay in Hawaii a dream come true.
Pros:

The room was great, it had a kitchen and a living room space, so we felt we had a lot of space to enjoy the room. The balcony was amazing with the biew to the marina e the Ala Moana patk. This was my birthday gift 🎁 spend 9 days with the matina/ ocean view. They also had free tickets to grab complementary water and ice cream.

Cons:

I wish they could have a compliment breakfast. For the complementary water, they could just drop the water bottles when they are cleaning the room. Having to go to the lobby with ticket to retrieve 2 bottles of water everyday was a little annoying.
