Cons:

Internet pessima, e quando parou de funcionar a mulher da recepção disse que não podia fazer nada! Voltei mais tarde e outra funcionária me trocou de quarto, o que não é legal porque já tinha organizado todas minhas coisas, mas pelo menos ela fez alguma coisa. Não tem praia na frente do hotel e pelo mesmo valor eu teria pego um hotel bem na praia de Waikiki, tudo é longe. Não pode fumar na sacada. A área de fumantes é bem longe, ou fora do hotel

Pros:

The room was nice, the staff was even better. The rooms were just very hot and the A/C never cooled us off. The exterior of the hotel could use some more attraction similar to the surrounding hotels but overall, I would stay again but only if the A/C has been upgraded.

Pros:

Location: it's close to the mall and Waikiki beach, so convenient.

Cons:

I booked 2 rooms: 1 city view and 1 ocean view. What I got were 1 city view (room 2211) and 1 PARTIAL ocean view (room 2234). The Ilikai Hotel told me that is the ocean view. Room 2234 is not an ocean view, from the room I looked through door to see Hilton Hawaii Village building. I did not get what I booked /paid for. I should receive the difference between ocean view and partial ocean view back.

Super trip to Oahu and excellent accommodations!!
Pros:

Everything was fantastic! Rooms were cleaned perfectly every day and the staff was always helpful. Great service at the restaurant downstairs!! Quality help at the front desk!!

Cons:

Parking was super busy from time to time, but that's to be expected!

I loved the activities offered and amenities in the room, as well as the proximity to the beach.
Pros:

I loved having a kitchen in the room, as well as a sitting area. I appreciated the option of the shower head being hand held.

Cons:

The coffee packets were not right for a 10 cup pot of coffee, I had to put 2 in to get a decent cup of coffee.

Paying premium prices for an inconvenient and frustrating experience.

The location has a good view of the Friday fireworks

Cons:

1. The parking situation is incredibly frustrating. Valet parking is the only option available, and retrieving your vehicle consistently takes at least 20 minutes, sometimes even longer.

2. The customer service was very disappointing. Several staff members were rude, unprofessional, and seemed inadequately trained to interact with customers. Basic courtesy and communication were lacking, and instead of being helpful, they often came across as dismissive and uninterested in addressing concerns. For a place that charges premium prices, the level of service falls far below expectations.

以前日本語が通じないと聞いていたが、日本語で話せるスタッフがいたので、助かりました。

Cons:

TVルータの不具合があり新しい物との交換に時間がかかってしまった事がざんねんでした。

Чудовий досвід відпочинку на Гаваях!
Pros:

Мені сподобалось розташування готелю - він в центрі і було дуже близько до океану, до ресторанів і до цікавих місць. Напроти готелю є оренда з авто і безліч великих та маленьких магазинів. Я мешкала на 22 поверсі з видом на місто тому вночі було тихо. Але думаю на нижніх поверхах може бути трохи гучно через шум з вулиці. Номер був зручний, чистий, мав все необхідне, крім того там чудовий вид з балкону! Також мені дали ваучери на морозиво і воду, це був приємний бонус, тому що морозиво виявилось неймовірно смачним (кокосове з макадамією one love!).

Cons:

Все сподобалось! Хороший варіант для бюджетного відпочинку.

I really enjoyed my stay—the location is very convenient, close to the beach and nearby dining spots.

I had a wonderful stay at the Ilikai Hotel & Luxury Suites. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a beautiful view that made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent—close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping areas—yet still peaceful and relaxing.
I especially appreciated the attention to detail in both the facilities and service. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was inviting and comfortable.
I would highly recommend Ilikai Hotel & Luxury Suites to anyone visiting Honolulu. I look forward to staying here again in the future!
