Great value, free parking ending soon
Pros:

Good bathroom, shower had a nice design.
Quiet at night and day time, didnt hear any cars from the street or people.
Free parking was one of the best things about this place.
Some parking bays were abit tight for a big car (Nissan x trail), some others weren't a problem at all.
Cot was already assembled in room.

Cons:

Carpet in room looked very stained. Saw signs that Free parking ending soon sometime in October. Small kettle, only had 600ml capacity.

Good location, would return.
Pros:

10 minute walk to Southbank Parklands. Good bed. Nice Shower. Fairly quiet considering the location. Great free parking! Water filling station, hand sanni station and wheelie bins on the level you stay on! Well done!

Cons:

Could be a little cleaner in room, maybe a deep clean needed. Curtains let in a little too much light. Very small fridge...

Pros:

It was our 19th wedding anniversary the staff above and beyond in their service. The room was comfortable clean and well decorated. .

Cons:

Services provided were a bistro breakfast that was well made with a wide selection of dishes and the spa and massage facilities are top notch . I intend to pass on hotel to friends and family for future visits.
