Clean and comfortable staff where very friendly close to the Mater hospital
The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Having a basic kitchen was good. Close to the Princess Theatre and the Mater hospital.
The hotel is run down and old. For the price paid i did expect something much nicer.
The cupboard doors were not sitting square, the aircon wasn't very cold, the fridge froze everything, we had an evacuation at 11:30pm due to a fault. The shower was over the spa bath and just a small spray shower head. Tv reception kept glitching.
Hotel Diana was just what we needed. It was clean and comfortable with decent sized rooms and all the amenities. Parking on site was free. There is a cafe for on site breakfast and other restaurants nearby. It is also very close to the Mater Hospital if that’s what you need and public transport is right outside. It’s a nice sized hotel too.
The shower and bed were great
The hotel had a musty smell and the breakfast was too expensive and was poor quality
The carparking was not clear
Clean, modern, and well kept.
Was a bit pricey for one night but property was nicely appointed.
Breakfast was excellent for $25 per person!
Full breakfast was well worth it!
Plus parking was free onsite.
