Pros:

The room was perfect for our family of 7, loved that it had bunk beds and tons of space, so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other, breakfast was amazing with tons of choices, the drink station was really nice, the service and staff were outstanding, the heated pool and hot tub were great and the poolside furniture was impressive and comfortable

Cons:

There were some fruit flies and ants in the room our whole stay even though we kept killing them, the walls had some questionable stains/smudges on them, the dishwasher was so smelly-it was nice the room had dishes and a kitchen but there was no way we were going to use that dishwasher, there was also some weird drainage/sludge in the parking lot that we had to step over

Nightmare situation at this hotel
Pros:

This is the worst Best Western i’ve ever stayed at. I had a stranger walk in on me in the middle of the night while I was asleep. It was frightening. The staff at the front desk double booked and gave them a key to my room. They did not accommodate me in any way after this horrific experience. I had anxiety the rest of the night fearing the situation would happen again. The customer service was terrible. I will never be going back here.

The Front Desk guy was really nice and tried to be accommodating to the best of his Ability

Cons:

My feet stuck to the carpet it was so dirty. Even with the windows closed the freeway noise was so loud.
