The rooms are accessible to the public and is generally not safe. There are some dodgy individuals around.

It was close to a shopping center

Cons:

It was filthy! They don’t pay for trash service so it had trash everywhere. Not kidding they paid a small business to empty their garbage can instead of the trash company. Over 1000 bags of trash on the property . I had a dirty towel in my room and no wash rags. The outside grounds need to be power washed. Very very very very dirty! The elevator was broke! Only was able to use once!

My husband and I traveled across two states only to arrive at the location (hotel), finding that our reservation was canceled. Prior to this, I received email confirmation of stay. I also sent an email requesting a late check-in. The desk staff sat at the table and made me wait over 5 minutes at the glass door as I rang the bell to be let in. I will never stay at this racist facility again. 😒

HORRIFIC! STAFF WAS INCAPABLE OF ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING. DO NOT STAY HERE.

NOTHING! We felt unsafe the entire time on property due to the poor service and poor condition of the property.

Cons:

1. I specifically booked at 2 queen bedroom, was given a king bed room with a couch. no extra blankets, etc were available.
2. We arrived at 10am, could not check in or leave bags on premise.
3. Reservation attendant locked the lobby at 11:56pm and did not open lobby till 7am the next morning.
4. Homeless people littered the parking lot and breakfast area.
5. Staff barely spoke English.
6. Upon check in staff cancelled my original reservation and booked the king bed room, not sure why a re-booking was necessary.
7. Soap, shampoo & conditioner bottles were left on the shower floor instead of bolted to the shower wall.
8. The entire property felt unsafe due to the extensive loittering on the back parking lot.
9. Elevator was out of order on the second day of stay.

The location is great, there are lots of restaurants and stores around the property. It was clean, comfortable. The shower was really hot.

Didn't eat at the hotel; went to Black Bear next door.

Cons:

When we checked in, we wanted to pay cash, but the clerk didn't have change. There was never any mention on Trivago or Booking.com about a $100 incidentals charge. When we got to our room, it was freezing. The AC had been set to 61 degrees, and it took over an hour to raise the temperature to 74 degrees. The bathroom did not have any towel bars, nor did the shower have any grab bars, which made the bathroom not in compliance with ADA regulations.
