The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast item were limited. The breakfast area was small. The shower was not good. Shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere. Laundry machine was not working.

Pros:

Couldn't beat the price for the time frame I was in Kentucky. The location was perfect as it had stores, restaurants and not far from downtown. A plus that breakfast was provided at a reasonable time.

Cons:

Had to ask for housekeeping to come to clean the room and take out the trash and the pool was not in any condition for swimming.

$40 incidental fee not refunded after 5 days.
Cons:

I was charged a $40 incidental fee upon checking out. I was told it would be refunded. I don't smoke, drink, or do drugs and I did not have any company. I didn't take any towels or batteries out of the remote. It has been 5 days and I have not been refunded the $40 like the man who checked me out said I would. Why was it not refunded.

Old, stained bath towels, no storage for hanging clothes, no safe, no place to put suitcase. Thresholds falling apart, bathtub either rust spots, caulk and vents dirty. Breakfast extremely poor and limited.

The worst stay ever
Pros:

The bed was clean.

Cons:

Stains on the towels, broken sign out front of location, pool had stuff growing in it, ( not useable), landscaping not kept up. The faciliry did not look like any of the pictures online. Paid way too much for this property. The included breakfast was a disaster. 4 yogarts, 1/2 a dozen pastries, watery waffle mix, and a juice machine that dispencied wsrm juice snd coffee machine that barely worked. The broken sign at the entrance said fresh cookies but we never saw them. We were there 3 days ( because we could not find other accomodations for this Derby weekend). No Maid Service at all. We were charged inflated derby rates and I am dissappointed that booking.com would recommend this location and that Wyndham has not done anything about this franchise. I could go on but I think I have made my point.
