Die Bilder, welche auf Booking.com vom Hotel gepostet werden, spiegeln nicht den schlechten Zustand des Hotels und der Zimmer wieder.

Die Bilder der Unterkunft spiegeln nicht den Zustand des Hotels wieder. Es ist alt, extrem muffig und in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Die Preise sind unverschämt für diese Art von Zimmer.

Ich habe reklamiert, und bin nur wegen der späten Ankunft eine Nacht dort geblieben. Man hat mir zugesichert, die 2. Nacht zu stornieren und zu ersetzen.

Das Hotel hat es dann gegenüber Booking.com abgelehnt. Booking hat kulanterweise einen Teilbetrag erstattet. Booking.com sollte die Geschäftsbeziehung abbrechen.

Room was extremely small, hard to get around the bed with the /c unit sticking over the bed. The bathroom is very small and hard to maneuver for handicapped person.

Cheap and nasty.
Pros:

They had a free breakfast. It was continental and very nice.

Cons:

There is no sound proofing in this hotel. Omg street noise was horrendous. My bed might have been in the middle
Of the street. Also noise in the rooms was bad. I would never stay there again.

Room was dark .The window opened onto a tall building next door .This didn't effect my stay so much as I arrived late and left early in the morning .

Basic accommodation
Pros:

Very good location, only 3 blocks from some of the main points of the city we had to be at.

Cons:

Acknowledging an older building and constraints on original room size, found the room very dark. There were 3 lights (one near the door and two bedside lamps) they did little to light up the room. The room should be painted a lighter colour which would go along way to address this. Bathroom was a reasonable size - however, the shower head was not fixed into the wall; some of the tiling did not have sufficient grout nor silicone with some newer tiles being a different colour. Appeared to be a cheap job. Breakfast was included in pricing but very disappointing. Croissant was stale for morning so did not try 2nd morning. Small breakfast room given number of guests/rooms. Had to wait to get a seat/table. Room was very hot. Staff member was very abrupt towards guests (not us). noting the FIFA conference at the time, was a very expensive 2 nights for a Two Star Hotel (my rating). A very small elevator for the number of rooms. Waited a long time before we could actually fit into it due to large number of guests using it.
