The location was decent but that is about it. It was a 5 minute walk to the cruise terminal, which was our primary reason for choosing this hotel.
The elevator was broken when we arrived, I was like oh oh this is not going to be good. Our room was ok, but my friends rooms were so small you couldn’t even move. They were terrible. They also had mold in their bathrooms. The free breakfast room in the lower level was like a sauna, it was so hot and no air flow that we never even took advantage of it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location, free basic breakfast, staff were friendly.
Front of the hotel room 8th floor. It was very noisy from i assume a pub and bar next to hotel until 4am Fri and sat. Had to use ear plugs. Needs a refresh as tired but aware of this when booking. Industrial ac machine in room was a bit dramatic but worked.

The hotel staff and location was perfect to get to the cruise terminal the next morning to board our ship.
The buliding and facilities are very dated and breakfast has very limited food options that are not heavily carb. based.
Location was very good for Cruise Port.
Window looked at cement block wall. No room between sink and tub. Included breakfast was very poor.
Location. It was very close to the cruise port so we could walk with everything the next day. There was a good drug store close by we could walk to and pick up a few things we couldn't fly with. We recognized a few groups on our cruise that we encountered at the same hotel.
The elevator was out when we arrived. The elevator is very small and there is only one. When you take the steps they are step and have a door at each floor - definitely an older building that has been fixed for today's codes. The room was sufficient for one night but I would not have wanted to stay longer. The bathroom was clean but the tub tile was old and in need of replacement. The breakfast was sufficient for our needs for one day.

Very outdated, WAY overpriced ($400+ for 1 night) only 1 elevator for guest and staff to share.
