Nice older hotel.
Pros:

This is an older hotel so do not expect too much. It was perfect for our overnight stay. The room is on the smaller side but a very comfortable and quiet night's sleep.

Cons:

Nothing. Perfect for a short layover.

Very disappointed stay

Cons:

Very disappointing stay. The hotel is very old and poorly maintained. The air conditioning was outdated, extremely noisy, and barely worked, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was very poor, with no cheese, no vegetables, and no ham. The coffee was terrible. Overall, the hotel does not offer good value for money, and I would not recommend staying here.

Comfortable Hotel in a Great Spot.
Pros:

Very convenient position in downtown Vancouver. Easy walk to Canada Place. Good pub next door. The included daily breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Quite a small room with a very old noisy air conditioner. Was advertised as a queen room but the bed was definitely not a queen. Tiny elevator. It is an old building so some things are expected. The price was quite high for the type of property it is, but it seems everything in Vancouver is super expensive. The only other negative is that there are no convenience stores or supermarkets within an easy walk of the hotel.

Hotel smelled like urine as soon as you entered the lobby. Thankfully the rooms did not smell that way. Not my usual hotel chain to stay at as they were all booked. Felt a little over priced for the quality of the room.

Don’t stay here
Pros:

Close to Canada Place for cruises. Bed was moderately comfortable.

Cons:

Price was outrageous for the quality of the property. Paid $274 US for one night. Dirty. Had a broken elevator when we arrived, Hair on the clean washcloth, very dark small room, window view was a concrete wall about 2 feet away. Dead insect on the bathroom floor. Digital clock was unreadable.
