Convenience at a great price!
Pros:

Great location to catch our cruise. Clean place to land and get refreshed. Nice to spend the night before we embark enjoying downtown Vancouver by foot.

It was okay, we could have done better.

Down town, nice staff close to the port

Cons:

Old building with one tiny elevator. There was a lack of furniture, especially chairs. Our friends envied us because we had a sofa!

Très bien placé pour profiter de la ville, possibilité aussi de louer des vélos juste a coté de l'hotel, station de train/bus, seabus tout prés. La chambre est petite mais propre, avec le petit dejeuner inclus, plus de choix au petit dejeuner serait appreciable.

Good price. Nice breakfast. Great staff. Location wasn't the best.
Pros:

Everything was perfectly sufficient. The staff was great. As a bonus, they offered a free breakfast.

Cons:

The location was near a sketchy part of town. We saw a lot of homeless people which was quite disturbing.

Location, Location, Location!

Excellent Location! Near Canada Place (Cruise Terminal) as well as many restaurants. Older Hotel - with basic updates. Clean room - Street noise noticeable day and night as room faces busy street. Continental Breakfast OK - (be prepared to wait in long lines for a waffle!) We appreciated the quality of fresh coffee & fruit juices, and available muffins.

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

If we travel back to Vancover I will look into this hotel, if nothing else it's location. It is perfect to all the community transportation and to the Cruise Port........wonderful stay, all staff members were very pleasant.
